Beautiful apartment of 76 m², comfortable and modern with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bath), separate toilet, washing machine linen, large living room / kitchen, 2 balconies with open views of the Belledonne mountains and the Eau d'Olle-Allemont valley.
The station Oz en Oisans is at 1,350 m altitude; family-friendly and entirely pedestrian in the center, it is connected in 10 minutes to the large ski area of Alpe d'Huez whose Peak White culminates at 3,300 m altitude, skiing from December to April thanks to the many snow cannons .
Easy access by road, Oz en Oisans is about 1 hour from Grenoble, 2 hours from Lyon and 2:45 from Geneva.

Booking conditions:
Any booking is considered firm from signature of the rental contract with payment of deposit up to 25% of the total amount of the stay (non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 1 month before the date of arrival); the balance is to be paid 1 month before arrival.
No refund will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
A damage deposit of € 500 is to be paid on arrival. An inventory will be made on departure. The deposit will be returned within 7 days, minus any costs of refurbishment of the premises.
Bed linen and towels are not provided; it is possible to rent on site, at an extra charge. The duvets are provided.
Tourist tax included

Rules of procedure:
Entrance to the premises from 17:00, exit before 10:00.
A deposit for "cleaning" in the amount of 42 € is payable on arrival. It will cover the cleaning fee if it is not done at the start. The kitchen and appliances must be left clean, the dishwasher emptied and the bins thrown away.
Non-smoking accommodation
It is requested not to make noise after 22:00
No pets allowed
2 sets of keys are given for the duration of the stay; the loss of these keys will result in replacement costs.
