Located just a few minutes scooter ride away from UBUD center, our acclaimed "WORLD TRAVELLERS STUDIO 3" provides WIFI and lays 100M away from the Ayung River Valley with its diverse ecosystems and tropical surroundings. This cozy place is perfect for one or two easy-going, low-key World Travellers & backpackers on a budget. Provides double bed and kitchenette with fridge.

We provide :
- cleaning 2x a week, 40K/hr for extra cleaning, cash directly to the housekeeper
- Bed Linen
- located in a large inner Yard, potted plants, Buddha and Ganesha sculptures
- quick access to the AYUNG River Valley, 100m away: a protected GREEN BELT, jungle, River banks, bathing area, fresh water spring blessed by the priest, Hindu shrine. TREKKING Lane.

- NO swimming pool onsite, yet many near-by, at "The Mansion" 600m away, "Jungle Fish" 2Km away, Villa Sugar etc.

IMPORTANT:
CHECK IN FROM 2PM
- KEYS: Let us know your arrival time. Keys are EITHER hidden for you OR the door is unlocked, keys inside.
UPON ARRIVAL:
- Please provide a HARD COPY of each passport (NO printer or copy machine onsite). 
- Settle 25K Rp for Spring Mineral water gallon (20L) : this prevents bringing in more plastic bottles, hard to dispose of.
- A Security Deposit USD$ 50 return after inventory is done
- Ensure that you read the “House Rules / House Manual” you have signed. Penalties may apply if not followed thru.

TRANSPORT
Automatic SCOOTERS: the easiest way to move around and explore the area. We can provide; incl helmets n raincoats. Ask IN ADVANCE for delivery.

UNEXPECTED GUESTS: 
Bali has an incredibly rich and diverse ecosystem. Most insects, lizards and other strange and beautiful but UNINVITED creatures can be expected, they are mostly harmless but often feared by unaware tourists. We do take all precautions to prevent insects to get in, and request our guests to keep the kitchen area VERY CLEAN, avoid crumbles, store all foods in sealed containers or inside the fridge.

LAUNDRY
Washing your clothes is NOT permitted in the apartment.
Laundry shop near-by at very low cost.
NOISE
Sounds from the street are subjective and perceived in different ways, depending on people: some are disturbed, others don't mind. People staying here say they like to put on their headset with music, that's it...
Also please be aware of your neighbors next door - avoid loud noises by lowering music & talking levels, etc. Kind & polite communication is always helpful.

WATER SUPPLY, ELECTRICITY, MOBILE SIGNAL IN BALI
Services work generally well yet Lapses can occasionally happen and are beyond our control due to the Island more primitive infrastructure. However, it cannot constitute a valid reason for cancelling with the expectation of a refund.

LOCAL DRESS RULES
Be respectful of the Balinese dress code at temples & ceremonies - please wear a SARONG and a SLEEVED top. NO bare shoulders, shorts, mini skirts, pls. Menstruating women are not allowed on temple grounds.

AIRPORT PICK UP / TOURS
- can be organised by giving us all yr ARRIVAL DATA (incl FLIGHT NR n Origin of flight) No-Show or cancellation under SIX HOURS from scheduled time with our Driver will be charged. 
- Personal Health INSURANCE References to have with you at all times.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

- PROBLEM while in transit to the destination? delayed plane? change of plans? => CONTACT ASAP our driver and ANY of the "Useful contact Nrs" in the 'House Manual' section within listing. 
- NO-Show / cancellation of our Driver’s service under SIX hrs from scheduled time, will be charged. 
- please do Send yr request ahead of time to allow a smooth organisation
