The water leak incident on the first day was indeed unfortunate and was primarily caused by the heavy rainfall during that period, as we discussed in our prior messages. We're pleased that our housekeeping team could promptly assist in cleaning up and providing towels. Regarding the issue of dirty floors, we had carried out a deep cleaning of the floor recently. Nonetheless, we have communicated your feedback to our housekeeping team to ensure this doesn't happen again. We apologize for the locked interior doors; this was an oversight on our part, and we believe the housekeeping team accidentally closed them during their rounds. Regarding the elevator delays and construction noise, we understand your frustration. It's important to note that these factors are beyond our control, and we always do our best to communicate such matters to our guests as soon as we receive information from the building management. We genuinely value your feedback as it assists us in identifying areas for improvement. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priorities. If you decide to give us another opportunity in the future, we will go the extra mile to ensure a much smoother and enjoyable experience for you both.
