Charming beach front home right on the water with many new updates

We prefer to rent to our many former guests. If you are not a former guest please tell us more about your interest in the house when you submit the request.

Sleeps up to 10 people. Very large deck with epic views overlooking the ocean. Fenced yard for children and pets. Many new updates. There are no houses in back or in front of our beach house, walk right out the yard and on the beach. Great place for family vacation. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Cozy and comfortable. Nice retreat. We have also added netted fencing inside the wood slat fence so that small children and pets cannot get through the fence.

There is video surveillance of the front entry and immediately surrounding area. This is only for security and protection of the property. A fuller description of this is in the Rental Agreement.

If you rent this house, you will greatly enjoy it. Read the reviews. But please read the Rental Agreement - it has a number of special instructions that you need to know.

Great beach house

Wonderful huge deck. Just what we needed to hang with family and relax.Kitchen had everything you needed to grill and put together dinners. Lots of towels which is always appreciated.Very nice beach house…loved it!Michael always responded quickly to any questions.

Nice Stay

Second year in a row staying at this property. Location is great, and the house is well equipped. Only issue was that the washing machine would not work for us, but turned out to not be a big deal. Will definitely stay again.

Great beach house for family with lots of extras

Very nice, right on the beach, house for a family with kids & dogs and lots of extras included (beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, batteries, matches, paper goods, even sprinkles & candles for a birthday, and beach chairs & toys, a grill, charcoal/fluid.) Sadly, our trip got cut short due to Hurricane Beryl, but the owner/management person Ellen couldn't have been more helpful; they were in constant communication to be sure we were safe and informed, and also graciously offered us another week in the future at no charge for the inconvenience. They were wonderful.

Had a great time. Convenient location.

There are a couple of things that could have been better. When we arrived at 4:15, the cleaning staff was still mopping the floors check-in was at 4. Additionally, the shower head in the master bathroom needs some work. Considering the amount charged per night, the shower head should not be at waist level, and one should not have to hold it in one hand to shower. The only other thing that was frustrating was the yard crew showing up while we were trying to pack up to leave. They were on our time until noon, we left by 11:30. Overall we had a great time.

Perfect place for extended stay!

We loved our extended stay at this beach house! The set up for enjoying the views and access to the beach is great! Being on the quiet west end of Galveston was perfect for us! The fenced yard for our dogs was appreciated! We enjoyed trying out the restaurants on the west end. Communication with the manager and owner is easy and efficient. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely place for family Christmas

We greatly enjoyed our time at this lovely home!! The hosts were fantastic to work with and we had everything we needed during our stay! We loved being further down the island and found places to get groceries nearby. Wonderful place and wonderful hosts!

The location was unbeatable, not truly "handicap" accessible

We had the best time during our stay, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Being right on the beach was absolutely amazing. However, as a handicapped person staying in a "handicap" accessible house that didn't quite meet the requirements was a bit frustrating. Although there was an elevator, it required someone who could walk up the stairs to operate it. While the elevator was smooth, quiet, and had great safety features, it would have been more convenient if there were remote or easy-to-use controls available. A remote for the elevator or a switch downstairs would have been a fantastic addition, especially for a group of people who have difficulty traveling up and down stairs. Additionally, while there were grab bars near the toilets in all the bathrooms, the toilets themselves were wobbly and unstable. Furthermore, there were no grab bars to assist in getting in or out of the "walk-in" shower. The doorways leading to the bathrooms were also quite narrow, making it impossible for people who cannot walk at all to use them. Another issue we had was with the fridge. It appeared to have been turned off, and as a result, it was not keeping our food cold. Despite all of these issues, we still had a blast and would love to visit again.

Views forever. Tons of space. Great deck.

We really enjoyed the deck and the views. We never get to take the our dogs on vacation but this was a perfect place for them as well. They liked the deck and the yard too. The house has lots of space and has a pretty friendly interior for a mobility impaired partner. Also the kitchen is very well equipped. There are a couple of stores a few minutes away, to get supplies without driving all the way to Galveston. We like the remoteness of Sea Isle. You won’t get Uber Eats to deliver to this house but there are a couple of restaurants within a short drive. The trade off is you have a large stretch of beach with relatively little traffic compared to the rest of the island. And after all, we were there to see and hear the beach - views forever, pelicans, sea gulls, walking dogs on the beach, beach combing, or just - being - at the beach. I’ve read reviews where people nitpick about the decor or the house they stayed at was not perfect in some way - this house has people living in it all the time so there is some wear. So what! It has everything adults, kids, and the dogs need for a great getaway, right on the beach. We already a booked another week. ‘Nuf said.

Spectacular Beachfront!

Beautiful home with stunning ocean views, walked right out the fenced yard to the beach! Located in Sea Isle neighborhood which is absolutely wonderful! This home has everything you need and more. The manager was very prompt and kind with responses. We will definitely stay here again!

A great time for all

We had a great Easter weekend at your place. Loved the location and especially loved that we could bring our fur babies. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach was very clean. Loved that you had a Roku to access shows for our granddaughter. She also loved all the kids games/books/toys. We will be back

Our stay in Galveston.

Loved the house. Loved the neighborhood. Everybody on the beach was friendly. Our Lab loved the fenced in yard. Sea Isle is pretty quiet and laid back and that's just what we wanted for our stay. Good place to sit on the deck and watch and listen to the waves. Hated to leave. Will do it again.

Great winter vacation

Very cozy house right next to beach. Just have to trek a short distance. Has everything you need and more for a great vacation. Dog friendly with a nice, secure yard for non fence jumping pets. Great views from the deck. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Would rent again.
