Enjoy great views of the beach as well as watching your family and friends playing in the sand from living room (see pictures for views). Ample large windows also allow similar beach views but from the comfort of indoors. There are four bedrooms on the main floor with 3 baths. The main floor sleeps 10. The ground floor bedroom with 1/2 bath can be rented separately and sleeps 2 more. The ground floor bedroom will Never be rented to a separate guest but gives an additional space for those guests that need a little extra room. The rate is $85.00 for one night or $75.00 a night for multiple nights. There is an Out door shower with Hot and Cold water, so a guest just renting the main area has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths plus the extra out door shower. Use the large shaded area under house for cook outs with family and friends even if weather is not perfect or gather to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Also know that your dog kids (all sizes of dog kids welcomed) have a fenced in yard with ramp access - for easy up and down potty breaks, groceries, luggage and wheel chair and/or walker access.


Open concept floor plan provides a comfortable area between kitchen, dining, and living area to spread out and entertain indoors while taking in the beach scene thru large French doors with two large side panel windows.

If you need to stay 'connected' while at the beach, 'Beach Haven' has high speed Internet access (Wi-Fi) and AT&T U-verse HDTV for all your entertainment needs.

Covered parking for up to 4 cars underneath house while paved driveway can accommodate 4 more.

Enjoy access to the Sea Isle community swimming pool just across the main road on the bay side. Home owner association office sells $100.00 pass for 10 people for each week of your stay. Public boat ramp is also available on bay side both less than a mile away.
