This corner home offers two balconies with commanding views of the water, private covered parking for your convenience, and a prime location near the center of town. Spend your days strolling on the beach and swimming in the shared outdoor pool, and your evenings curled up for a favorite movie on one of three flatscreen TVs.

This beachfront property sits just over half a mile west of Highway 59 and the heart of Gulf Shores, allowing you to visit The Hangout, Gulf Shores Shrimp Fest, Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf with ease. Gulf State Park is less than two miles east, where you can ride bikes, take long walks, or launch your kayak for a morning paddle. Seven miles northeast is The Wharf in Orange Beach - a beloved one-stop spot for shopping, movies, entertainment, and dining at restaurants that include STKBurger, The Sandshaker, and The Blind Tiger.

Wonderful

This is such a lovely condo. The location can’t be beat! You’re directly on the beach - views of waves, sand, sunsets, and dolphins. The furnishings are very nice. The kitchen is small, but completely usable. There are stairs - the only drawback for anyone with ambulatory issues. It’s simply an awesome place to stay.

Great stay close to beach

Close to beach with direct beach view. Place is nice with covered parking. Kitchen was small and off to itself. The two bedrooms are upstairs with two full bathrooms and one half bath room down stairs. Every one complained about the sheets too small, I had to pull them out from bottom of bed, they were just tucked way under mattress. All in all a good vacation spot.

Great location

The pictures indicate that the townhome is a lot bigger than it actually is. Kitchen is very small and not well stocked. The washing machine did not work and the dry cycle on the dishwasher was broken. The beds need to be replaced in both bedrooms. However, despite the faults the location is amazing and the unit was clean and the complex was quiet. Pool is very nice with the deep end being 9 ft! Our girls trip was relaxing and exactly what we needed. Note: there are 15 stairs to get to the unit and another 12 to the bedrooms. This was not a problem for us but might be for someone else.

Great View on the Beach

Gulfside Townhouse #40 is a great place to stay. Split floor plan allows those who go to be early or sleep in late to not be disturbed by those downstairs watching television, cooking, or eating. Balcony is nice with a great view of the beach. Reserved parking is wonderful.

Our air conditioner went out. No one returned our call then they said we canceled our reservation instead of finding us a new place to stay. We did not.

Nice place overall

Listing states sleeps 6, that’s a bit of an exaggeration, 4-5 at most is more accurate. We had a group of 5 and sleeping was crowded. Very nice place inside but housekeeping was lacking!! I did an initial video walk-through on check-in and there was stuff under one of the beds and 1 toilet was not flushed 🤢the dining table had not been wiped and the carpet on stairs had stuff everywhere on the top 3-4 steps. There was a box for a newly installed thermostat laying in the bedroom floor and the paperwork for install was on a nightstand. The handle for fridge was not secure so opening was a bit tricky. The towel bar was broke off wall in 1 bathroom and was laying under the bed. The internet went out at one point. Access to the beach is amazing! The view is amazing in this unit! The pool is well maintained and clean! The photos of the unit make it appear much larger but overall I would recommend (⭐️7/10). I do believe for the size & lack of detail with housekeeping, the unit was a bit overpriced for our 5 night stay.

Vacation

We had a wonderful stay here. There is plenty of room and it was super clean. The closeness and access to the beach is great especially with kids. We did have a problem with the windows leaking during the hard rains on a couple of nights. Anything that was in the floor was completely soaked. That definitely will not stop us from coming back. Thank you for a great stay.
