Shop, dine, or charter a deep sea fishing excursion at SanRoc Cay Marina, just a little over four miles up the coast. For visiting golfers, be sure to check out the links at both Craft Farms, only eight-and-half miles away, as well as the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, just a little over 10 miles west. And with the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail - Rosemary Dunes Trailhead located just a short walk from this rental, you can enjoy a day of exploring the 6,500 acre Gulf State Park on foot.

Great Stay for our Anniversary

Check in and out was flawless The dryer had a broken part but really didn’t cause an issue for just the two of us. The unit was clean and granite a nice feature.

Perfect spot!

This condo was very nice and clean! It was the perfect location for my husband and I to get away for the weekend. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough cooking equipment. The king size bed was so comfortable! The bathrooms could use some TLC as far as maintenance. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely look into this condo again.

We always enjoy our stay at Sugar Beach. It is an older complex but it has everything that we need. This is a nice room, we would stay here again. The pans are a little rough but we've found that is typical when staying in these condos. We always bring a couple from home. All other dishes and appliances were great.

Hidden gem

We have gone to Orange Beach for 18yrs and love it. SUGAR BEACH CONDOS are a smaller complex with a " no place like home" appeal. We hate the giant comm excise towers with too many people and too little relaxation. Go stick your toes in @ Sugar Beach.

Just Steps from the Beach!!

Perfect stay for 2

Really enjoyed our weekend at this unit. It was so nice to have living room/kitchen downstairs and the bedroom upstairs to give us plenty of space for two. The furniture was updated and everything felt relatively new and clean, exactly what you want to be comfortable in a rental property. This unit is EXTREMELY close to the beach which was amazing! You go downstairs and you’re basically at the boardwalk — no long walk hauling all your things. And the parking attendants were so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Very Cute condo! We enjoyed our stay! Love the easy access to pools and beach. Nice having the snack bar! The complex needs new chairs and more chairs around pool. Not enough to accommodate a lot of people. It was super inconvenient only having 1 parking spot but most condos are like that.

Our Stay at Sugar Beach Condo

Overall, our stay was good. There was plenty of covered parking. The condo was a decent size for the 2 of us. Other than a used washcloth hanging in the upstairs shower, the condo was cleaned well. There upstairs bathroom was very tight but the shower was large. The kitchen was adequate size and well equipped for our brief stay. Proximity to the beach was really good as it was only a short walk to the beach. However, one of the elevators was out of order so we had long waits for the elevator at the busy times of the day. The swimming pools were nice. But the tennis courts were unusable and needed to be resurfaced. Overall, for the price it was okay place to stay. The common areas and elevators just need to be better maintained.

Not the best

If you are making a price driven decision when booking your vacation, this could be the place for you. If you are looking from a place that't straight out of the 1980's (with the exception of kitchen appliances and countertop), this is also the place for you. If you're allergic to mold, stay away. The mold smell was extremely strong, almost unbearable.Other than that, the place was pretty clean.

Good location and good space for a couple

Was in a good location. Overall it was clean. The couch and rug could use an update as they appear well used. Bedroom is upstairs along with one bathroom. Second bathroom is downstairs. Very crowded location as the unit is in an older building. Parking area does flood in some spots with heavy rain so be careful where you park.

Girls Getaway

Great place and great location! The check in and check out directions were perfect. Pros— the bed was comfy!! The pillows were great. The place was just as advertised. Covered parking!!!!! Cons— very small! Just enough room for two adults but I wouldn’t recommend for any more or kids! Parking was TIGHT!!!! I drive a midsize SUV and had trouble getting into the spaces. The bedroom is a loft type room so it was WARM and hard to keep air in. Overall, great for the price and was just what we were expecting.

The living room tv didn't have a remote, there was blood on the bed spread and the shower curtain...

Someone came and fixed the things. The shower curtain was put back up to high allowing water to get in the floor.
