It was perfect and we had the best time. Only rated a 4 on check in due to no parking passes but they rectified and dropped off the next morning. There were no check out instructions but i know what to do! We will def be back!

Very nice condo in great location right on beach! Would stay here again & have recommended this place to a friend! Water was hot, very little pressure though. And you definitely need more towels & washcloths especially if more than 2 people are staying!

Great Place but lots of noise during my stay

Great location but a jackhammer was in use right outside our door the entire time we were there all day every day....that was very annoying!!!

Awful experience

Arrived while house keeping was still cleaning. They said all that was left was sweeping and mopping so we left and went to the grocery store. We arrived back at the condo as house keeping was leaving. The door was left unlocked. We unpacked all of our stuff and headed down to the beach. Came back up and our code to the door was not working. Stuck outside in the 100 degree weather with a 12 day old and a 2 year old, while all of our stuff was locked inside. Finally got inside about 45 min to an hour later and the condo was not very clean at all. Will not be staying here again.

Poor cleanliness and safety oversight

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property due to multiple cleanliness and safety concerns. Upon arrival, we found a dirty panty liner left behind, balls of hair on the floor, and hair in both the refrigerator and the bathtub. The bedspread was stained, and a picture fell off the wall in the middle of the nightā€”there was no anchor securing it. Even more concerning, there was a nail sticking out of the patio deck, posing a clear safety hazard.Adding to the discomfort, there was loud construction directly outside our window starting at 7 a.m., which we were not informed about ahead of time.When I contacted the cleaning company about the state of the unit, I was told they might be able to come by the next day. Even more unprofessionally, the representative told me I ā€œwasnā€™t perfect either,ā€ which was completely uncalled for and inappropriate.This experience was far below the standard we expect from a VRBO rental. While every property can have issues, the combination of poor cleanliness, safety oversights, and unprofessional customer service made our stay frustrating and disappointing.

We would recommend this condo to others. It has a great location, and the condo itself was very nice. The property manager was excellent and genuinely cared about the comfort of our stay!

Outdated pictures of unit

The first thing we saw when we walked in was stains on the carpet. Then we tried to watch TV but the speakers were blown so all it sounded like was static so we couldnā€™t even use it. Also, the box springs of the master bedroom bed sounded as if they were broken. We reached out to Vacasa with our concerns and the response we got back was ā€œ Hello and thank you for contacting Vacasa! Apologies for the delayed response. We are having more chat volumes than normal today. Our local staff are aware of the concerns and are working to have them resolved. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.ā€ In general, it seemed like the entire unit could use a refresh. On a positive note, the location was fantastic!

Perfect Beach Vacay

The unit was very clean, comfy and decorated beautifully! I loved all of the shelving and storage the unit provided along with the extra garbage bags and toilet paper that some do not provide. The master bed is very comfortable and I so appreciated the black out curtains. Having clean bathrooms near the beach was so convenient and a bonus for staying at Romar Beach. Will stay there again for sure!

Great Weekend Get Away!

Great Unit very clean

This was a great unit but the maintenance on the tub needs to be handled. The tub ran water which kept me awake. The maintenance man cane on Sunday and made it worse. We checked out due to the hot water running wide open.

Everything was clean and beautiful. We had 8 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beach was just right there. We will be back.

Property was clean, but did not live up to pictures. we had our parking pass on our dash because it ripped due to being so flimsy, and received a notice that we were in violation of properties parking requirement. We have no problem hanging the parking tag in our vehicle, but they need to be sturdy enough to last most of a week. Children were unsupervised in pool, which is disturbing, but not the fault of the property management.

Youā€™re basically on your own

When arriving they donā€™t have a place where you check in, or signs to show you where your room would be. You have to walk around, up and down the steps bc the elevator was not working, to find your room then use your code to get in. The Hilton is right next to it, and itā€™s set up so much nicer. And they have a hot tub. Also, this particular room the sliding glass hinges are broke. So if youā€™re trying to lock up, I hope you have a few minutes to waste.
