Watch unforgettable sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony, spend your days soaking in the sun on 635 feet of private white sand beach, and enjoy access to two hot tubs, two zero-entry outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, and a gym with a sauna right on the resort grounds.

The Gulf-front Lighthouse Resort sits near the center of Gulf Shores, just over half a mile east of Highway 59 and within walking distance of Sea-N-Suds, The Hangout Gulf Shores, and a variety of other shops, restaurants, and hot spots. You'll find serene coastal landscapes at Gulf State Park half a mile east, and countless family-friendly attractions - including Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf - just up Highway 59. Golfers can choose between the Craft Farms Golf Club (five miles north) and the Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club (seven miles west). And Big Wave Dave's, The Flying Harpoon 2, and The Flora-Bama are all within an easy drive.

This is a beautiful condo with great furniture and a gorgeous view. We had an issue with the refrigerator and called Vacasa and they were on top of it and it was resolved quickly!

Fabulous Condo on the BEACH!

Loved the Condo. Going to rent this one next year and the year after that…GREAT PLACE! And quiet. The balcony/veranda was well furnished. Spent many hours out there rain or shine. Early morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Our vacation was PERFECT! TY!⭐️

Me and my husband have never taken our kids to the beach. This was also my husband’s first time at the beach. This place absolutely exceeded our expectations!!!! 10/10 will be booking every summer! So convenient to the beach. The balcony was the best and the big kitchen/dining table for our family dinners. The pool was a hit as well for us adults and kids. Beautiful condo and beautiful view!!!! Very clean and cute!!!!

Overall it was ok. Seems like this property is owned by a property management company so you don’t get any extras like seasonings, extra trash bags, had basically a pinch of salt and pepper, etc. The condo itself was clean but needs some tlc. Not sure if I’d stay in this unit again although the property is cool.

Short stay

Had a 3 night stay between Christmas and New Years and everything was great. The only negative was the number of restaurants within walking distance that were closed during this time but there were many great places to eat.

The stay was great expect the day we arivved the refrigerator was not cooling. They kept telling me they would let the local team know but nothing was ever done about it. Everything else was great! Wonderful trip with lots of memories made.

Wonderful condo

Beautiful unit with high ceilings which make it spacious. Decorated nicely, comfortable beds and large patio. Furniture was nice and had all the amenities we were looking for. Will definitely be staying again!

We enjoyed the stay. I got a text from Vacasa that said to text them if we needed anything and I texted them but did not receive a response back until after we left.

First Beach Trip

What a perfect experience all around!! We brought our 1yo and 3yo to the beach for the first time and this place was great!! The condo was clean, comfortable, great location, good amenities and easy to find. It’s located on the 18th of 19 floors and at the very end of the hall. Perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Nice place

Lighthouse 1813 was a very nice place to stay. Close to plenty of places to eat. Wonderful view from balcony. Well stocked. Very clean. Indoor heated saltwater pool. Only thing M. bd. bed is still kind of shaky like mentioned in an earlier review. Had to put pillows behind headboard to keep it steady. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly Recommend!

Beautiful Property, exactly like the pictures shown! Very clean. Beautiful view. Property staff, very friendly and helpful. Living room couch in desperate need of replacement. One corner of sectional completely broken down. Dish washer was a little tricky, broken inside door, but still operable. Nevertheless, we highly recommend and will be back!

No king sheets for king beds

All was pretty good except we had 2 king beds and only one set of king sheets. All other sheets DID NOT fit the beds, and there was no where near enough wash rags and towels for 6 bathers!

Beautiful Condo

Arrived at Lighthouse condos and checked in at the second floor office. We have stayed at the Lighthouse several times and always has been a very easy check in process. Very nice lady made the process easy easy. Opened the door of the condo and was very surprised with how beautiful the condo was decorated. True beach decor!! Loved the whole condo and did enjoy the huge shower in main bath. This condo is high enough to see a lot of dolphins and sharks. We had a blue moon while we were there and it was truly beautiful. The only negative thing with the condo was the stove and microwave needed to be updated. We stayed seven nights and would definitely book this condo again.

Two weeks on the beach

Great location. Condo was very comfortable and two king beds is great. Overall pretty clean upon arrival. Had two issues that required calling Vacasa. Very poor response. Broken deck chair reported day 2. Finally picked up for repair on our last day (13). Big leak from garbage disposal. Reported but they could not address before we checked out. Building security came to verify the leak but only reported what we had already. We’ll go back again but not through Vacasa

We have stayed at lighthouse several times... always had a good experience with our condos... unfortunately this one was a bust! It smelled horrible in this unit... strongest in the master and master bathroom. Smelled likes a mix of cigarette/cigar smoke and body odor. We tried everything... cleaning crew came twice, I used carpet deodorizer, scent plug-ins and candles... nothing helped. Not sure what the deal was but I would NOT suggest staying here unless it's fixed! Side note, Kaiser property management was kind and helpful as best they could be. They didn't have a place to move us but I feel they would have if it was available... they tried their best to accommodate, but this was just not resolvable.

Not impressed

Furniture in bedrooms was awful, one bedroom the dresser drawers had no tracks nor the night stands. The other bedroom the bed sounded like it was going to fall to the ground every time you move. The microwave looked like the inside might have caught fire at once or twice in its life. The dishwasher sounded like a airplane taking off when it started. The dryer had to have maintenance when we got there, cause it was not heating up. One bedroom also had the mirror closet doors, that were falling off the track the moment you opened them. Then to top it off, Fourth of July there was a alarm to evacuate building for fire safety an we didn't eve hear it from inside the condo at all, we found out from a friend who was downstairs BBQ'n if they would not have called to tell us we would have been in serious trouble if it were a real fire. Huge safety issue in my book, especially when you're on the 18th floor with more kids than you can pack down stairs.
