Fairway views, pools, private hot tub

Vacation Station is a beautiful, fully stocked, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhome in Southern Utah located near beautiful sights including Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Snow Canyon State Park, and many others. Enjoy activities like boating, fishing, ATV riding, hiking, swimming, golfing, and many other outdoor activities. Vacation Station is also less than 10 min away from Zion Utah Jellystone Waterpark! This is the place to enjoy a fun-filled getaway with friends or family!
Vacation Station offers four bedrooms (one bonus room), and can comfortably sleep fifteen people. In addition, this house offers plenty of other areas to gather and socialize. The family room has an 80-inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and cooking utensils needed to prepare large meals.

Amenities include two heated community pools with hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, and a playground. There is also a stocked fishing pond at the Razor Ridge Park at the entrance of Coral Ridge.

On the patio, there is a private hot tub and outdoor dining area with a gas barbeque. Two balconies, the large one off the back has a great view of the Coral Canyon Golf Course. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. Smart TVs are available on all TVs.

The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the laundry room or master closet.

If you use the patio umbrella, please keep the wind in mind and lower it when you are not there.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.

Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.

For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.

This home is NOT pet-friendly.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.

Christmas Break Getaway

Vacation Station was exactly as described and met or exceeded all of our expectations. One of the ost well equipped houses we've ever stayed in. Thoughtful extra supplies throughout the home. Owners private Hot tub, community pools, gym - everything worked and was exactly as described (heated outdoor pools, hot whirlpools in the middle of Christmas break!). It was hard to leave for the national parks on some days because we so enjoyed staying in the Coral Ridge community! Family friendly, quiet at night, beautiful sunsets from the hot tub - just amazing!

Fantastic

It was great! Its right on golf course and I have teens so it was fun for them to get reservations to play and the condo was an amazing set up for our family. Lots of room to spread out.

Vacation Station is great!

We stayed here for spring break. It was a great central location for our activities. The neighborhood is nice with great amenities. The house was a great fit for our needs. It was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed having access to Netflix on the main TV since we don’t have it at home. It was a little disappointing that we couldn’t access it on the TV in the bonus room as the account wasn’t signed into. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it.

House wasn’t as expected

I was not happy with this property as it wasn’t what was claimed. To name a few, the fifth sleeping room said not to use the sofa bed. We called and were told it could be used, but it was filthy so we still didn’t have the needed room!! Downstairs bed/mattress made my back hurt the entire stay. Outside furniture was different than pictured and falling apart. I wasn’t going to fill this out until a month after my stay they decide to charge an additional $1,200 to my credit card because of their ‘human error’ and a discrepancy they found. This isn’t how you should do business!!!!!! Won’t be using again and won’t ever recommend if this can’t be made right.

Zion Vacation

Really enjoyed stay at Vacation Station. Location was fantastic for the activities we had planned. Townhome was large, very clean and stocked many items that aren't normally found at vacation rentals like pool towels, games, etc. Very nice and quiet community. Pool area was very nice and a great option after a day of hiking Zion.

Loved our family weekend

We had a great time and really enjoyed having a private hot tub with a beautiful view. We enjoyed dinner on the patio and the kids swam all day in the nicely heated pools. We would love to come back. Thank you!

Wedding Weekend

This is a great property. This is a great location. We enjoyed the community pools. Very comfortable for six adults and 8 children. We like the large sectional sofa in the TV room where we all could gather. We had timely communication from the owner/property manager by email and text.

Nice family place in Hurricane

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vacation Station. It was a perfect home base for Zion, petroglyphs, Dino tracks and some really great mountain biking. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could ever need and the beds are comfortable. The pool was just 2 blocks away and so much fun for the kiddos. The hot tub was pretty dirty the first day but Natasha was quick to get it cleaned up and usable. The kids loved the bunk beds and feeding the ducks at the pond. Definitely will stay here next time we are in the area.

Fun Family Get Away

Clean spacious home with lots of parking. Hot tub was an added bonus. There is lots of room for parking but I suggest calling ahead to block storage if you need to park a trailer, they were full when we got there.

Natasha was super quick to respond to questions and provide needed information.

We enjoyed staying in this home. There was plenty of space for our large group. We appreciated having pool towels available for use. Our only concern was that when we arrived we the home did not meet our standards of cleanliness. There was dusty furniture and crumbs along the edges of the sofa. We just took extra precautions by cleaning it ourselves before settling in. It was nice that cleaning supplies were available in the home.

Perfect Gathering Place

We had a large group of 10 ranging in ages 2-80. This place was perfect! The dining area had plenty of seating for meals and card playing, the large wrap around couch was the perfect place to gather for movies and laughing, and the hot tub was a great place to unwind. We will definitely book again.
