B Rock Ridge at Echota - townhome with private hot tub!

Wow! This spacious 4BR/4BA townhome offers fantastic layered mountain views from the living room, dining room, deck and master bedroom. B Rock Ridge offers fine finishes and was professionally decorated and furnished in fall 2016 for the rental market. Main floor offers the spacious well-appointed gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite and second bedroom and full bath on the main level. Upstairs you'll find a third bedroom/bath suite. Downstairs offers TV/sitting area, fourth bed and bath and laundry area. The big wraparound deck has plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining and covered space for outdoor dining.

While staying at B Rock Ridge, you will have access to the beautiful Echota on the Ridge Clubhouse which offers pool table, great room for parties, fitness room with great workout equipment, heated outdoor pool, hot tub and summer waterfall. B Rock Ridge is located in the heart of the High Country convenient to shopping and dining in Boone and Blowing Rock as well as Banner Elk. You will also be a short drive to the area's ski slopes, hiking (Grandfather Mountain State Park) and other High Country outdoor recreation opportunities.

AWD or 4WD required in the winter months.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10Am
- Pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Resort.

Guests of B Rock Ridge have access privileges to all the following Echota amenities:

- Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Pools (Please reference Echota map. One pool is restricted, and designated for Echota homeowners)
- Watauga River Trout Fishing
- Stocked Fishing Pond
- Club House Fitness Centers
- Hiking & Biking Trails
- Bocce Ball
- Outdoor Sports Recreation Area
Note: Many photos on this web listing reflect Echota amenities which are available for our guest's enjoyment but are not physically located at the Lodge.
All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $13/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $65 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, we will ensure this fee is capped at $65.

Although there is a paved parking space in front of the lodge, this parking area can only accommodate 2 vehicles. However, the Amenity Center and swimming pool parking lot provides ample additional parking and is only a short 5-minute walk.

Fabulous Family Ski Vacation

We had an amazing time at this lovely townhome! The accommodations were perfect for our family- 3 couples, a teenager & a 2 year old. The views from the living room window were amazing! We also enjoyed the hot tub each night. The shower water pressure was wonderful (something my husband is always happy about) and we never ran out of hot water! The beds were SO comfortable! We enjoyed the heated pool at the lodge not far from our place, which also had a jacuzzi! We will definitely be recommending this townhome to our friends! Oh… I didn’t mention all the FUN we had on the slopes at Sugar Mountain!! Woo Hoo! So many good memories were made!

Gorgeous view of sunrise every morning off the deck! Has all the amenities you need for a great time! Brought family up for my son’s graduation. Definitely will be back!

Nice location, good views.

The home was nice. Adequately furnished. Door code for access wouldn’t work so bad to call support. They were quick with response and a back up code but be aware of that because they noted signal to get codes to the door didn’t always go through. Same issue with wifi. Basement had a musty smell which wasn’t great. But overall a nice peppery.
