Wow! This spacious 4BR/4BA townhome offers fantastic layered mountain views from the living room, dining room, deck and master bedroom. B Rock Ridge offers fine finishes and was professionally decorated and furnishedt. Main floor offers the spacious well-appointed gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite and second bedroom and full bath on the main level. Upstairs you'll find a third bedroom/bath suite. Downstairs offers TV/sitting area, fourth bed and bath and laundry area. The big wraparound deck has plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining and covered space for outdoor dining.

While staying at B Rock Ridge, you will have access to the beautiful Echota on the Ridge Clubhouse which offers pool table, great room for parties, fitness room with great workout equipment, heated outdoor pool, hot tub and summer waterfall. B Rock Ridge is located in the heart of the High Country convenient to shopping and dining in Boone and Blowing Rock as well as Banner Elk. You will also be a short drive to the area's ski slopes, hiking (Grandfather Mountain State Park) and other High Country outdoor recreation opportunities.

All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $70 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, please reach out to us so that we can manually override this fee.

Additional notes:
- Although there is a paved parking space in front of the lodge, this parking area can only accommodate 2 vehicles. However, the Amenity Center and swimming pool parking lot provides ample additional parking and is only a short 5-minute walk.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Pets are not permitted in Echota Resort.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
