The gas log fireplace in the living room is perfect for warming up in the winter months after a full day of experiencing the snow. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need, including a drip coffee maker.
Bear Crossing has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths which leaves plenty of room to bring the whole family. The master bedroom on the main floor, with two bedrooms and a sleeping loft upstairs, and one bedroom downstairs. There is additional sleeping space open to the game room downstairs featuring 2 twin beds. The garage is equipped with a ping pong table, offering even more family fun times during spring, summer, and fall months!

The deck overlooks a beautiful mountain view, complete with chairs and a porch swing to relax and unwind in the mountain air! It's the perfect spot for drinking your morning coffee. There is also a gas grill for guests to use, as well!

All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $70 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, please reach out to us so that we can manually override this fee.

Important Notes:
​​​​​​​- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- There is a strict limit of two (2) cars parked at the property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the indoor pool/clubhouse just a short drive away. DO NOT park more than two cars at this home.
- Pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Rentals.
- AWD/4WD is required in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
