Property Description
Anchorage West 64 is a garden level 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo that is located on Lake Dillon. Sleeps 6. Incredible mountain and lake views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living area. Comfortable living room with flatscreen and gas fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Fully-equipped kitchen with bar that seats 3. Dining table extends to seat 8. This south facing condo is full of light. Large covered private deck can be used year-round. Walk right out to the lakefront. Ski locker outside the front door.

2 Parking spaces. 1 covered assigned parking spot in the lower parking area off of the 4th driveway. It is located below the overflow parking in the fenced lot. 1 additional parking space is allowed in the overflow lot.

In the Winter: It's just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than a 5 minute drive to City Market, REI, Starbucks, snowsport rental, sporting goods, cinema, bowling, restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife and the Silverthorne Outlets. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon and the new lake ice and hockey rink.

In the Summer: On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path with over 55 miles of paved trails. Easy walk to town, Friday Farmers Market, parks, sculptures. Take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater for shows from June to September.

Great Experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was incredible, the place was spacious and cozy, and it was an easy drive to get to different places. We also got great use out of the deck and walking trail along the lake. Only complaint is that the beds were a little uncomfortable and the 2nd bedroom with the queen bed was more like a full-sized bed.

We had such a lovely time during our stay! We came for a show at Dillon amphitheater and the walk was easy. The property manger was very responsive when I had questions, and reached out to make sure I had received checkin instructions. The place was so cute and has such an amazing view of the marina and lake!

Close to hiking trails and conveniences, with easy access to Breckinridge and Keystone. Condo is comfortable and has what we needed. Just looking at the lake and mountains is food for the soul.

Great location easy access

Stay was great. Everything was comfortable and as expected. One single challenge was that showers are not made for anyone 6ft or taller.

The condo was very spacious we each had our bedroom and used the bathrooms in the hall. We never had to adjust the thermostat, since the temp was perfect. The views of the frozen lake with the mountains on the background were great. We skied in Keystone and Breck, both within easy drive.We definitely would rent this place again.

Great location and view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and convenience to water and activities was superb. Beds in unit are very uncomfortable, mattresses are due for replacement. There was so much furniture in the unit it was cumbersome. Dining chairs also really uncomfortable and need replacement. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Shower was ok but not that clean in primary bedroom area. Deck was great, unit was mostly quiet at night. We had a lovely time, would really have liked some furniture updates, especially mattresses.

Short get away

The view from the deck and living/dining rooms was great. However, the mattresses were on the hard side. The hot tub was down (disappointing) and we didn’t use the pool. The dining room chairs need to be refinished. A couple of the chairs seemed like there was no cushion. The check in and check out were easy.

Family Ski Weekend 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Anchorage West 64 - and it was perfect for our family ski weekend! The condo is great for families as the bedrooms are off the main living area and can be closed for quiet and privacy. The view of Lake Dillon is beautiful! The proximity to the ski resorts and fun activities is easily accessible. The unit was clean and the kitchen well supplied! And the customer service at Summit Resort Group is outstanding! The staff knows the property and has great recommendations for other activities to do in the area - Tracy was a pleasure to talk to, as well as Mike - they know how to make their customers feel welcome!

Lovely location but a few things could make it better...

The beds and pillows were incredibly stiff and thin though which led to not the most comfortable sleep. Unfortunately the hot tub was more of a warm tub our 2nd night which was quite disappointing.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm glad you ask. The first day there we had to call maintenance because it was freezing cold and found out 2 windows were left open. The fireplace heater didn't work the whole time we were there. In the paperwork it said a real fireplace with firewood available but that was inaccurate too. The bathroom door was extremely hard to open each time you exited. No screen in the sink so little things kept falling into it and we would have to pick them out. Blind in the living area didn't stay up. Most of these things were the same problems we had 2 years ago when we stayed there so it's seems there is not updates on this place. I do feel we should get at least 10 percent back due to all these issues if not I won't be renting there again. Shirley Glenn

February 2021 Stay

Where do I even begin? When we went to pick up our keys, the code given to me wouldn’t work to get into the box and the lady inside the office was so rude, she even rolled her eyes when she had to come out and assist me. Awesome. The apartment was outdated and apparently you couldn’t drink or use the water, but we were never told in advance; they left a note on the counter. The beds were so uncomfortable, they had to be at least 20 years old, so no one slept well. Also, one of our keys wouldn’t work. We got locked out the apartment because of this and they were going to charge us to come and let us in. Amazing. Finally, when we went to check out, I tried to talk to the lady, who was standing on the other side of the locked door, to explain the key issue and she told me to call someone to explain. This is the most unhelpful, waste of money, worst experience I’ve had renting an AirBNB. I will NEVER rent here again. They know nothing about customer service and the fact they charge $2200 for this stay is absurd.

Mountain Getaway

My family was visiting from Chicago, IL and the place did not disappoint with Mountain View’s and things to do. Enjoyed the games and common area to hang and relax. There could definitely be some upgrading, however enjoyed its homeyness. Fantastic location, being close to everything we could need

The condo is spacious, clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the tools and more that you need. The most outstanding feature are the beautiful floor to ceiling windows that overlook Lake Dillon and the mountains!There are doors that separate the main living room from the bedrooms that allow for quiet and privacy - nice for those who like to sleep in! Very convenient drive to Keystone.The staff at Summit Resort Group are some of the nicest I've had the pleasure to work with, always professional! Thank YOU!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed walking around to the marina every day for sailing and kayaking. The only downside of our stay was the inability to use the tap water for drinking and brushing teeth due to the lead in the local pipes.

Unbelievable View

The view alone is enough of a reason to stay here. The condo was clean, quiet, and right on a walking/biking path that can take you around the lake or into town. We will definitely be back!
