Breathtaking Lakefront Luxurious 3BR condo in the Heart of Rockies

Enjoy a rare vacation opportunity in the Rocky Mountains at this lakefront property that is s few steps away from Lake Dillon. Located in one of the few complexes that are directly on the shore of Lake Dillon with spectacular world class views. In the winter enjoy access to over 5 world class ski resorts, cross country skiing on a frozen lake, ice skating, sledding and watching dog sled races right outside of the patio. During the other seasons enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, limitless hikes, beautiful lakefront walks, shows at the Dillon amphitheater and miles of biking-- all steps away.
3BR/2BA condo updated with modern amenities and comforts including:
- large flat screen smart TV's in each BR and in LR area
- large comfortable beds in each bedroom (2 Kings, 1 Queen )
- fully stocked kitchen (we love to cook)
- lakefront dining on our patio
-wood burning fireplace

WINTER ACTIVITIES:

Wake up in the morning, check the daily snow report and head to where the powder is the best. Local ski resorts are:
Keystone 4.3 miles
Arapahoe Basin 11 miles
Breckenridge 12.5 miles
Copper Mountain 13.5 miles
Vail Ski Resort 32 miles

During the summertime, it only gets better with endless activities literally just outside your door: biking, kayaking, hiking, sailing, fishing, SUP. Dillon marina is just a few minutes walk from the patio. When you are done, enjoy a cold microbrew at the world's highest elevation Tiki bar only a 5 minute walk from our condo. Concerts are also within walking distance at the Dillon Ampitheater, enjoy the Farmer's market each Friday as well as any of the great summer festivals in all the local towns including Frisco, Keystone and Breckenridge.

Our stay was absolutely perfect for the four of us! The condo was beautifully decorated, exceptionally comfortable, and offered stunning views of the mountains and Dillon Reservoir right from the patio. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing and memorable experience. We couldn’t have asked for more — top-notch accommodations all around. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Great place in east bay

This ground floor unit was great! Kids loved running around on the patio with direct access to the lawn. Indoors was nicely remodeled, but we found we spent most of our time on the patio soaking in the views.

Great condo with views and prime location

The condo was clean and updated, and easily fit all 6 in our family (2 kids, 4 adults). We walked around the lake on one of the warmer afternoons. Other days were spent skiing—super convenient to keystone. Angie was very responsive. Great trip!

Great location

We had a great few days at this property. We enjoyed the access to town & the amphitheater via a short walking trail by the marina. Great accommodations, no complaints.

Great place for skiing

Wonderful place with great kitchen, we like to cook, Huge TV, comfy beds and great location for Keystone and Breckinridge. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful view, with a great kitchen

Great location with a beautiful view. Kitchen has everything a cook could ask for, including high end appliances. Beds are comfortable with all needs catered for such as fans, humidifiers etc. Overall decor and upgrades are very nice. Parking spot is tight if you have a large vehicle and there are stairs to navigate down to the unit.

Amazing condo in the mountains!

Angie’s condo was amazing for our weekend ski trip! The condo is very nice, the kitchen is fully stocked, the beds were comfy, and she was very easy to communicate with! She even let us check in a little early! We would definitely stay here again!

Great for Holiday Stay

I rented this property to host my family's Christmas in the Rockies. The kitchen was well-stocked, boasted hi-tech appliances, and more than sufficed our needs to cook a full holiday spread. The three bedrooms accommodated our needs, although the space may be tight for 6+. The location is excellent with amazing views of Dillon Reservoir framed by the mountains. Overall an excellent stay.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Location is perfect - walk right out to lake. Had everything we needed , including comfy beds! Enjoyed just hanging out and already planning for next year and a longer stay!! PS: Blender has cracked bottom piece & frig water dispenser leaked. We were fine, just wanted you to know.

Great vacation spot for family of 5!

Our family of 5 had a great stay here for our ski vacation! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the market, restaurants and shopping. Close to Keystone, Frisco and Breckenridge. Recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Our neighbors above were a little noisy and the pipes in the ceiling make a dripping sound, but not a dealbreaker. We would stay here again!

Mom/Daughter trip

Blake and Angie were stellar hosts! This place is wonderful! The kitchen has everything you could need and more. Beds were comfortable. The real winner is the view! The patio is well appointed to sip your morning coffee looking over the lake and mountains or enjoy a evening cocktail and everything in between. We will most definitely be back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had an amazing stay!!! This rental has EVERYTHING!!! And plenty of it!!! The views were breathtaking and the hot tub was a great way to end the day of skiing. The kitchen was state of the art!!! Every type of utensils, dishes, silverware, cleaning supplies - EVERYTHING!!! Every bedroom had a fan and plenty of dresser/closet space. The bathrooms had everything !!! There is nothing cheap about this rental !!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! Centrally located to shopping and skiing!!! Covered parking to add. The fireplace works but we did not use it. Every room in the condo is spacious. You will NOT regret renting this unit!!!

Gorgeous view! Nice layout for multiple people. Some drawbacks

We stayed for 3 nights for the 4th of July holiday and the location is fantastic! The condo is dated, which overall doesn't bother me, but there are areas that straight up need attention. The guest bathroom sink is incredibly slow draining. The guest shower head was not attached. Don't know why it was unattached, but I didn't want to mess with it. We did notify the owners but since a plumber would have to come out on Sunday or Monday (the holiday) we were SOL. The top of the kitchen sink faucet head just rests lightly on top of the faucet (not functional) and the fridge stopped dispensing water early on. Safety wise, the carpet from the master bath toilet area to the master bath sink area is lifting on the edge and was an active trip hazard. The Lady Kenmore dishwasher worked, which was nice. The beds are all very comfortable. The temperature in one of the guest bedrooms was always very noticeably hotter than any other room though all the thermostats were set the same. Crazy stuff like that. And we found out when going to the pool, there were no larger pool towels. You needed to wisely re-use bath towels (3 adults, two kids). Not a hug deal but a bit of a bummer. Lots of blankets, not many towels. The outside grill looked pretty new and neighbors told us it was purchased only the week before (hooray) BUT when opened, it was heavily encrusted in old fish (boo), so as a note for the owner, please consider having your cleaning crew take care of that. My husband was determined to grill hotdogs so he cleaned it before use. Overall, cool condo but it needs to be taken care of/updated. Clients shouldn't have to add liquid plumber, soak shower heads in vinegar or clean the grill before use during their vacation. I took some photos but it doesn't look like there's an area to attach them. Great view, cool layout, comfortable couch and bed and nice living room TV and solid WiFi. Wouldn't stay again though.

Dream spot!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely location for 3 nights in November. Interior design is impeccable and comfortable with great amenities as listed. Perfect hub for drinking coffee watching the sunrise from the chaise lounge, then going exploring in the surrounding areas. Some of our favorites were strolling around the lake Dillon , hiking sapphire point, loveland pass, and eating/shopping in Breckinridge and Frisco. Being right on the lake with the most marvelous view of 10 mile peak was unbeatable and inspired us to eat in every night. Angie does have a little slice of heaven here! Can’t wait to plan our next trip out west.

Awesome view

The condo definitely has one of the best views we’re ever had when renting a VRBO. Angie was extremely responsive—including advocating for quick fix when “broken” dishwasher. The condo’s upgrades are good, especially since it’s located in a dated building. Both King beds were comfortable. Kitchen appliances are upscale.

Great stay in Dillon

We had a great long weekend. Super condo right on the water. Super well equipped - everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. New furniture & big screen tv was great. Will be back!

Our family has been coming to this area and Lake Dillon for over 20 years and we can't think of a better place to come for Summer or Winter vacations. We recently purchased this condo as our dream vacation/retirement property and love sharing it with other active travelers.

We love Summit County and all that it has to offer. Dillon is perfectly located on the lake and in the center of every year-round activity that can be done to enjoy the Rocky Mountains and all it has to offer. From summer festivals and free concerts to world class ski resorts as well as a Tiki bar and marina within walking distance. Our condo is in a perfect location to soak it all in!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Without a doubt , this unit has one of the best views in Summit County. There is nothing better then coming home from an amazing ski day, bike ride or flower hike, opening a bottle of wine and sitting to watch a spectacular sunset from our patio. It will take your breath away every time and feed your soul. There are only a small amount of properties that are truly lake front in the Rocky Mountain region and we are so blessed to have happened upon this condo.
