Enjoy our fabulous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in Plantation House at Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Club in Vero Beach. On the top floor (4th floor), it has a perfect view of fabulous sunsets and nature all day long over the Indian River from the spacious screened-in balcony. Ospreys, pelicans and other birds dive for their dinner right in front of you. Dolphins swim, fish leap. Boats pass by in the Intercoastal Waterway.
Ideally we are looking for one seasonal renter, Rental can be any length over 30 days. Twice monthly cleaning included. Rental is minimum 60 days in the February - April 2021 period. If you would like to rent for only 30 days or longer in another month, please indicate in your inquiry.
The Living Room has two couches grouped for the view and also facing a 65inch 4k SmartTV with cable and high speed internet.
The Dining Area has a table seating 8 people and two high-end barstools facing the kitchen pass through, so the chef has company.
The kitchen is fully featured, with side by side refrigerator, stove, built in microwave and dishwasher, and additional new small appliances. It opens to a morning dining area facing a beautiful eastern sunrise view - and an outside terrace - to sip your morning coffee if you prefer.
Internet is provided, and there is also a comfortable antique oak desk with an extra monitor screen for your computer and a printer/scanner /copier – to keep up with life and business details easily.
The master bedroom suite has a dressing room and large bathroom with two sinks, a shower and spacious Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. There is a king bedroom set and a seating area overlooking the western river view with direct entrance to the balcony.
Two guest bedrooms are well separated from the main living area for privacy and face the eastern sunrise. They also have balconies, one screened and one open.
Bedrooms feature custom pull-down shades to keep out sun and light when preferred. And the balcony and living room with the western sunset river views have full sun-filtering pull-down shades for your comfort.
There is delightful art throughout the home featuring Florida landscape and nature scenes.
There is an assigned parking place on the large garage, and direct access to the elevator which opens only to your unit.
Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis club is a breathtakingly beautiful ocean-to-river resort community situated under spreading live oak trees, with beautiful landscaping, ponds, and abundant nature. The Beach Club with pool and restaurant overlooks the miles-long beach, just a short walk or drive from your residence. The Tennis Center has 16 just upgraded Har-Tru courts, Tennis Pros and the Breakpoint restaurant open from 9 to 3 every day, and just a short walk from your unit. There is also a fully-equipped fitness center with a personal trainer available, a well-stocked library and a card room. You can walk, drive or bike to these amenities. Our building is called Plantation House and also has access to a community pool big enough to swim laps in, with a hot tub and restrooms. The historic Jungle Trail is close by.
We have been owners at Sea Oaks for 15 years in another smaller unit, and can answer most questions that you have about the facilities and things to enjoy.
