Enjoy the lush tropical foliage, shell roads, and private beach access. Beach home is comprised of 2 levels. It offers 4 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed on upper level and 1 full bed and 1 twin on lower level. There are 2 cots also available on premises. Both levels have a functioning kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There are stackable washer and dryers on both levels. Tables and chairs on both upper and lower levels with a lovely deck on upper level and outside patio on lower level. Upper and lower levels can be closed off from one another. Living and dining areas on both levels share central space with views of the outdoors. There is an outdoor shower as well, for getting the sand off after beach visits.
Beach chairs and towels available on premises. Room for 3 vehicles out front. Plenty of room for a boat or RV. Route A1A splits the Island longitudinally (north and south) providing a convenient, scenic route to Vero Beach to the south and Melbourne to the north. A mere two minute walk to Summerplace’s third of a mile long private ocean beach. The house provides free cable tv entertainment and WiFi.
