This studio suite features 400 square feet of living space; one queen and one twin bed; full kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer. More spacious than a hotel room without the Vail hotel price tag! Ski all day and return to the condo and soak in the two outdoor hot tubs or sun on pool deck.

Located 1.5 miles to Vail Village and ski lifts via Vail's free bus system that runs every 20-30 minutes (or a 10-minute walk to Lionshead in street shoes). free WIFI; free uncovered parking. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of “Holiday Reservations”. Full payment for Holiday Reservations is due by November 1st. Holiday Reservations are defined as any reservation that includes any of the days from December 19th to January 2nd, inclusive.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
