Excellent place to stay

We were very happy with the location, the amenities and the quiet neighborhood for this rental. We had a blast with the hot tub and pool, enjoyed local parks and restaurants and loved the central location relative to spring training facilities. The owners were communicative and easy to work with. I would absolutely stay here again.

Paradise in Phoenix

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! This is a perfect house if you have a family and kids, that like to enjoy a beautiful outdoor setting with an amazing pool and hot tub. We felt like we weren't even in Arizona due to the lush landscape of the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet, and perfectly located in the Valley. We will definitely book again in the summer for a home-away from home get away. Property managers were very welcoming and attentive during our stay. Thank you again for helping us out last minute!

Great Stay in Phoenix!

We had a great time at the Camelback East house! Very spacious and perfect for our family of 5 and my mom. The kids were in the pool everyday! The house was very kid friendly in general with a pack n' play and high chair. My kids are a bit older but it was the perfect family house. My only suggestions would be to have a plug for the tub for baths. Also for instructions on how to clean the pool, it got kinda yucky after a week. It also would have been nice to have scissors and a corkscrew in the kitchen since we can't take those things on the plane with us. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a great time!

Great place to gather with friends.

Evan was a great host that had that home prepared and ready for our group of 6 friends. We were able to check-in early, enjoy the hot tub and pool, while also having enough beds for everyone. The location was convenient and Evan was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommended!

House was a bit older and needed upgrades especially in the kitchen. TV on the master did not work.

Pool area a bit disappointing. Too many leaves kept clogging the pool filter. Was not as clean as we would like. Owner very nice.

Stop responding when told him about the issues we had while staying at the house.

The house was very nice just had a lot of minor issues. The sheets was dirty, the bathrooms had used soap in there. The hot tub pipe had a whole in it and flooded the backyard.. the owner started off doing good with responding to the emails but when I mentioned the back yard flooding he stopped responding.

Great Place to Stay

There were 8 of us that stayed here for a bachelorette party and the house was beautiful! Perfect number of beds, we LOVED the pool and hot tub and the neighborhood was great! Every place we went was Uber-able. Evan and Zofia were very kind and super quick at replying if we had any questions during our stay. My friend accidentally left her AirPods at the place and Even and Zofia were able to track them down within minutes! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Phoenix area! My only suggestion would be more mirrors (coming from a group of 8 girls at at a bachelorette party lol)

Home was great, minus a few things

Overall the stay was great, owners were very responsive and were able to get the things that we needed to the home. Unfortunately, the spa would never warm up. We tried everything followed all the steps and in the end I believe the heater was just faulty and needed service. We had a couple encounters with some critters in the home, but, overall the house was extremely clean and appliances worked. I would stay again, but, I would make sure that the spa was serviced as it was something that we were extremely looking forward to.

Great home away from home for the family

We had a great weekend stay at the Cheery Lynn house! Very comfy for a family with younger kids, perfect location to see sights and access stores, clean and cozy. Would love to stay again.

The house was spacious. The neighborhood was great. The host was very attentive. Wish the rooms where set up like pictured. But overall I loved the home . The kids loved the home. We had an amazing experience!
