Best part of town to be that is hip and happening and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, fitness venues, and entertainment. Whole Foods, Traders Joes and Frys Grocery are also within walking distance. There is covered parking for your car but if you UBER and walk you are also fine. Golfing and hiking venues are within a few miles.

The overall property is very nice. Location wise it was perfect as my wife is a patient at Dignity Cancer Institute which is 9 miles away plus we were very close to some very nice stores, restaurants and activities. Terry (the Hostess) is very energetic and is happy to come over and help if you need anything. The pool and hot tub area is very clean, but did not have a chance to use them as the weather is still very chilly. We really enjoyed the art work as did our friends that stopped by to visit. I would definitely stay in this condo again. Thank you Terry for a pleasant experience under difficult conditions.

Beautiful, comfortable, great location. Highly recommend!

Loved this place tucked in a small and quiet community. Newer remodel so fresh and very clean. I was reluctant to book with no reviews but host has other properties. Beautifully decorated with original art, lots of natural light, everything opens onto 3 private patios with big trees. On second floor (just about 8 steps up so not a big deal) felt safe leaving doors open for nice breeze. Stayed here for work for a month and super convenient location. You can walk to a lot of grocery stores, restaurants There were a lot of nice and thoughtful touches - fruit basket, breakfast bars, coffees and teas and even a full basket of anything you can imagine if you forgot something. Nice sheets and fluffy towels, feather pillows and fully stocked kitchen with nice pans! This place was a little more expensive than some other places but all the upgrades make it a good value for the money. Highly recommend and will book again. Good host communication.

The location is perfect and central to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and anywhere else you want to get to in the Valley. Additionally, it is a very walkable location close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. This is a smaller quiet community so truly an oasis in the desert.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This is a second floor and there is no elevator. There are a total of 8 stairs to get to the second floor. I like the second floor as the ceilings are higher and you can enjoy the greenery of the trees up close. The living room and each of the bedrooms has a sliding glass door and patio to sit outside and enjoy our beautiful weather!!!! Enjoy!!
