Just renovated! This spacious condo is "picture perfect" and feels like you are on a SAFARI! Lots of elephants, zebras, tigers, and giraffes to keep you company. Fishing poles in the closet for catching bass or catfish (try the "Balls of fire" bait). Dozens and dozens of turtles can be spotted around the lake as well as ducks, geese and other waterfowl. The lake is gated / private for the community and includes a wonderful paved walking trail.

Huge 75" flat screen (smart) TV in the living room plus a 2nd TV in the maser suite. Beautiful tiled 9' tall showers in both bathrooms, brand new COMFY furniture (a sofa so big you can sleep on it), huge patio for relaxing at the end of day or sipping coffee at the beginning of your day.

Spacious master bedroom includes a zebra chaise lounge for afternoon naps, reading time, or just plain "me" time!

BEDS: Master bedroom has King size bed, Bedroom #2 has another King size bed, and Bedroom #3 has bunk beds (both full size).

Kitchen is open to dining room and living room creating a spacious feel with an amazing waterfront view! Laundry room has full-sized washer and dryer. Complete with iron and ironing board.

Convenient Keurig coffee maker AND a Mr Coffee, water kettle for traditional tea making, toaster, crock pot, mixer...all the small appliances you need if you want to cook or bake at home. Tons of dishware, glasses, mixing bowls, new copper pans, pots, etc.

Guaranteed to WOW you Lots of fluffy, soft towels. Pool towels included. Both bathrooms have hair dryers for your convenience. Lots of pillows per bed and quality linens.

We provide your first couple days of supplies such as: laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towel, toilet tissue, etc. Note: please bring your personal products like shampoo, deodorant, tooth paste etc.

Our community has a paved walking trail around the lake that is 1 mile long. It is gated so only the lakefront communities have access to the trail. Along the trail there are benches, fishing docks, waterfalls, rock fountains, a cool wooden bridge and lots of waterfowl. It is great for a quick jog in the morning or a leisurely stroll in the evening.

We have tennis and pickle ball courts (and we provide the equipment in the condo!). A hot tub completes our pool area. Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 5 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count of 5 people.
Please let us know the specific ages of children under 18 years of age.
