Spectacular home- 5 bed, 5 bath, pool home just 2 blocks from Lowdermilk Beach and 5 minutes to 5th Ave Downtown and the 3rd St Historic District, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for a see family wanting a vacation and enjoy sitting poolside with a pool and spa. Extended balcony's off 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own private bath.
Lowdermilk Beach is Downtown Naples premiere beach with ample parking and super beach access and it is Walking distance to "toes in the sand"!

Please kindly understand, for a comfortable stay our maximum overnight guests count is 10; if you have more than 10 overnight guests (this includes all ages) we will notify VRBO for additional fees.
*Garage code entry, we do not give out Key and change garage code after each renter for safety.

Ultimate Beach Vacation

Our stay at this property was amazing from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and very well kept. It has every amenity you could ask for. Ashley was there to meet us promptly and walked us through the use of the house. She knows the property well and makes sure you know how to make the most of your stay. Our family felt extremely comfortable and created great memories.

Lovely location

Beautiful neighborhood and very close to downtown, beach and shopping. The lanai and pool area is outstanding. The home is very clean. Perfect for families with multiple generations.

Great Family Vacation House

The house was an excellent fit for our family of 4 couples and one single person. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was key. Everything was as advertised. The pool area was also a highlight and well furnished with loungers and tables for our enjoyment. I would go back again. Ashley made the rental process easy

Perfectly located house in Naples

We stayed at this house over the holiday break and we all loved it. The house is very sizable but it feels like a home. Although there were only 4 of us, the house could host a much larger group. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. The kitchen was lovely and the family room sofa was supremely comfortable. The back yard was so quiet and was where we spent most of our time. It was our sanctuary and made a very welcome break from the winter cold of the north east. The only thing better than the back yard was the location. You could walk in 5 minutes to Lowdermilk park beach and we would sometimes just walk over to watch the sunset. You’re less than 10 minutes from both Olde Naples and Mercado - and 2 minutes from the nearest Publix. Ashley was great to deal with - highly responsive and welcoming. A great stay. Thank uou!

Family vacation

The property is really beautiful and the location is great! The outside area and the pool are wonderful! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much! Just little things led us to a overall 4star rating: we‘ve been 9 people coming together for a long family vacation and there were too little beach and pool towels and little beach equipment - Ashley instantly gave us more towels and more beach chairs etc. (Thank you 🙏) but the towels all had a few stains and for so many people it still was just a little too less. We would advise for a few new towels and more beach equipment to round off this luxury home and to meet our expectations of this high-end property!

Family Gathering

Our time in Naples was fantastic despite the closed beaches! The room configurations were perfect for our family of 11. The only shortfall is that the only bath tub for bathing infants and kids is the huge Jacuzzi in the master bathroom (and the jets didn’t work).

Second stay was just as good

We came back again this year and the place was fabulous again. Wonderfully, they had no hurricane damage and the swimming pool and spa area were in perfect shape

Great home for our wedding week!

We rented this home for our son's wedding week in Naples. The house is jut as described! Great location! The owners were super friendly. Our stay was 2 weeks after Hurricane Ian & the communication was great. The house was not damaged and the grounds were cleaned up & ready for our stay. Would definitely rent again. Very comfortable and felt like our home away from home.

Spacious and Comfortable

Host was great and welcoming. House was fully stocked and great for entertaining. We were visiting for our daughter's wedding and hosted every night our friends and family. Highly recommend.

Great area and great home!

This was an anniversary trip for my wife and I along with our 4 adult children, their significant others along with 2 adult grandchildren. A total of 10. The house had enough space for us all to enjoy each others company and to be able to have private space as well. Up til now I had not been a huge fan of Florida. Naples changed this for me. It is a beautiful area with great restaurants, beaches and shopping. Everyone had a great time .

BEST VACATION!

Our group of 10 was EXTREMELY pleased with this property! 8 adults, a 12 and 13 year old. Impeccably clean, location is minutes from Lowdermilk Beach. The property manager Curt was awesome! He greeted us upon arrival as well as bid us farewell the evening before we left. We can't say enough about how awesome our experience was. We would come again for sure!!!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Curtis' property. It had everything we needed and lots of space inside and outside. The grill could've been a bit better, and also the front door wasn't working well. But besides those small things, our stay was excellent.

What a wonderful vacation making family memories

This last week we had one of the best stays on VRBO. This house is amazingly large and super comfortable. The property is well equipped and very clean. Curt, the property manager met us on our arrival and walked us through the nuances of the house and was always available for a chat if we needed him. What a great home and perfect location...only a few blocks to the beach. It was wonderful in every way.

AMAZING Property and Property Manager

THis house is simply amazing. It is such a great location, home and close to everything. THe rooms and the house were all well stocked. OUr group had an amazing time. Kurt was so attentive and got back to us quickly with any questions. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is spectacular

Paradise

Our stay with 2 families was perfect! The house had everything. A short walk to the beach, and a 5 star pool area. We grilled on the outdoor grill and enjoyed many dinners outside. Kurt the Manager made sure we had everything we needed, including a special trip to get us more ping pong paddles. The house was exquisite, and we look forward to staying there in the future.

Wonderful with one inconvenience

The house was wonderful... spacious and clean. The location was even more so, very close to the beach and shopping. There were fruit trees on the property, and it was very private. The lanai was amazing! The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Easy check in and out. The only inconvenient thing was that we could not control the temperature of the hot tub or heated pool, and they set it low... the hot tub was 99ish. We had to contact the manager who had to contact the owner for it to be set higher. Another night we would have liked for it to be lower so my son could be in with us, we didn't want to bother so many people. And one of the beds seemed to be broken... my side sloped down significantly. Everyone else loved their beds. You can't have everything, so I still give it 5 stars overall.

Its roomy, extremely comfortable and with a great outside Florida kitchen and a large pool and jacuzzi. The lovely, family style home is well equipped and stocked with what you will need for the beach. Located just 2 blocks from Naples best beach, Lowdermilk Park, and a mile from Downtown, the Naples Pier and the 3rd Street Historic District this property has it all.
