We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home. A tranquil garden setting and wonderfully comfortable house. The casita guesthouse is lovely and well appointed as well. Great pool and hot tub. Perfect for family entertaining. Dine inside or out. Centrally located in a darling neighborhood with charming mid century houses.

Fabulous private oasis

My husband and I (and occasional visiting family and friends) thoroughly enjoyed our 70+ day visit at Palomino Palms. Everything was fabulous: the home and yard, fully stocked high-end kitchen, relaxing/private pool, and location. The host was so easy to work with and incredibly kind.

Owner and property manager both great to work with. Definitely would stay here again. Only reason we wouldn’t is if we finally buy our own place in the desert!

Beautiful Property!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we did not want to leave! Ideal location, walking distance to public tennis courts and hiking trails. The outdoor area is stunning with lots of room to relax, dine and hang out. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. The casita was a perfect area to house our adult children when they visited during our stay. The property manager was extremely responsive and greeted our arrival with keys and tour of property. All and all we had a perfect stay.

Excellent Experience

First time renting a home & we had so many questions. Property Manager was amazing! My 80 year old father decided to come along & it was not an issue. My two kids had a great time. They stayed outside the entire time, because I had to work most days. Never left the property.

Great property

This was a great property for our family getaway. From all of the property reviews, one can pretty well ascertain what they are getting, so I'm just going to comment on some of the "little" things that I really appreciated. Lots of docking stations all over the house for various electronics - very convenient! Well stocked kitchen with lots of spices, cooking/baking equipment and espresso machine Ping pong table and casita were a big hit with our kids who are 15 and 12. Outdoor fire pit was fantastic for enjoying evenings outdoors - it gets really cold when the sun drops behind the mountain! Pool was heated to 88 degrees. I have been to the desert many times in the winter and this is the first pool that was warm enough for me to enjoy during these colder months! Really great neighborhood for walking to get coffee every morning. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely desert getaway

Absolutely loved our too short stay. Property is gorgeous and impeccably maintained. Perfect layout for relaxing and enjoying the pool and the view. We stayed inside the resort-like grounds during our trip, but everything we might have wanted was close by. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Best rental we’ve ever had

This house was nothing short of perfect. From the sparkling pool, to the vast patio and courtyard, big bedrooms with lush beds, and kitchen stocked with everything you might need, this place is a gem! All we hoped for

We’ve had a few dodgy experiences on VRBO over the years, but this is not one of them. Acme Homes manages this property, and they do a great job - super professional and responsive. Best I’ve ever seen. House is awesome, great pool, great kitchen and bbq, great beds and linens - really could not have asked for more. This may become our go-to spot when we need to decompress and chill. House is a little far from downtown PS, but only an easy 15 minute drive. The house is actually in a cool little enclave, fullnof interesting houses and things to see. Wait until it cools down at night, and take a walk. This is what VRBO is supposed to be...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our visit to Palomino Palms involved 6 family members. We were all there to visit a relative in nearby Rancho Mirage. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to a return trip. The home was simply beautiful - well appointed and welcoming. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. There was such detail inside and out. We were pleased with everything except the tv's which rarely worked. I know that we were limited to certain stations but often we got little or no reception. The only one that worked fairly well was the one outside in garden area. Also, the casita was welcoming but had a musty odor - maybe just needed to be aired out. We recommended the rental to relatives and we would definitely return.

Quality home, close in!

Spectacular home! This is the sixth home I have rented for the same group of ladies that have traveled together over the last 20+ years. We all agreed that it is by far - the best! The kitchen is well stocked with more than we could ever use. Loved having a selection of plastic drink and dinnerware to use poolside in addition to the other serving pieces used for indoors. The courtyard is amazing and the landscape such that you don't realize you are in the middle of a housing area. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub multiple times during EACH day.
