Inside, the main house features three bedrooms and two full baths. The open-concept kitchen, lounge, and living room create a bright, airy space ideal for hosting guests or enjoying a quiet evening. The fully equipped kitchen with a generous bar counter is ready for all your cooking adventures—or fire up the propane BBQ for sunset grilling.

Main Suite: King bed, private bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, and vanity.

Guest Room 1: King bed, large closet.

Guest Room 2: Two queen beds, large closet.

Each room includes a flat-screen smart TV.

The detached Casita offers even more privacy with a queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette, A/C, and smart TV—perfect for visiting family or friends or to use as a remote office.

To preserve the peace and beauty of the neighborhood, the city enforces the following:

No music audible from outside the home—indoors or out.

Quiet hours for pool use: 10 p.m. to 10 a.m.

Parking: Max 3 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage (no street parking)

Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests (plus 4 small children under age 3).

Primary renter must be 30+ (ID required at check-in).

Violations may result in city-issued fines.
