3 Bedroom, 3 Bath elevated oceanfront bi-level condo located in the popular Beach Club Villa complex in Wild Dunes. Beach access and community pool is steps away from the complex! Enjoy the ocean breezes and views of the Atlantic Ocean from the screened porch or second level Master Balcony. This condo boasts two master suites, an updated kitchen, Smart TVs in each bedroom, wireless internet access, and an outdoor shower. Outdoor seasonal Community Pool (April -end of October, not heated or cooled)

First floor features one bedroom, full bath, kitchen, dining area, and a living space with Smart TV (cable streaming through Xfinity App), queen sleeper sofa, and direct access to screened porch. Second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their very own private baths, as well as a washer and dryer. The master suite on second level hosts a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. Off-street parking available for two vehicles (garage not available for guest use). WiFi & Linens included. No Pets. No smoking.

Family Getaway

Property was exactly as expected. Great views, clean, and convenient location. The only negative experience was the major beach restoration happening during key beach hours. Fortunately, the management company gave us a fair discount.

Another wonderful family vacay in IOP

We are very pleased with the accommodations and location.The only complaint would be with the Wild Dunes HOA's confusing restrictions on golf cart rentals that appear to limit guests to one rental agency that was not available during our stay.

Long labor day retreat

Great location. Wonderful place to stay. Other locations have had many other items to use during stay. This location is more bare minimum, make sure to bring what you need to use during stay. This is not a negative for the review but more informative for future stays. Would definitively want to stay again for future trips.

Happy Week Getaway

Every aspect from booking to checking out was a breeze. Regular and open lines of communication made me feel secure and sure we were in good hands. Property was lovely and well cared for - traveling with a child, I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness! We’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful beach view with all you need

Upstairs master has a great patio with beach view. Downstairs porch sees the dune and ocean and the tops of beach umbrellas so you can know when the chair-umbrella rental is set up. Both views are lovely. Kitchen is well appointed. Island has 4 seats for eating right there. Dining room table and table on the porch also good. Check in/out is easy with codes and no keys to deal with. Excellent stay!

We loved being so close to the beach, and having access to all the amenities of Wild Dunes. The condo was very suited to us; we had as many as 6 people at one time with no particular issues. I would not hesitate to rent this unit or another from Island Realty.

The unit was clean and very well equipped. The pool is a minute walk from the unit. Don't wash clothes in the evening as the washer is very loud. I missed having a night stand next to master bed but the piece of furniture there worked. Would stay again. From Ohio (not VA)

Third Year at Beach Club Villa 67

Reviewer Comments: This was the third year we rented this property; we've found the layout and location to be really good within Beach Club Villas (the owners did some customization from the original floor plan and the property is not directly in front of the pool, which gives it a little less foot traffic and more privacy).The property is well furnished and the kitchen has pretty much everything one would need. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and bathrooms in good condition. Property interior was very clean on our arrival.A few updates, especially to the porch, might be warranted; not a show-stopper by any leans, but screens and the door was old and worn.We'll likely rent here for our next year at IOP.Island Realty did a great job as a rental agent; we've been renting from them for close to 30 years.Restaurant recommendations: Seewee in Awendaw is one of our favorites as well as Mex One and the new Sullivan's on Sullivan's Island.

Fantastic Christmas adventure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time in our condo. Unit was oceanfront with easy access to the beach but does have stairs from the unit. Unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of seven. There is no beach equipment available. We were a little concerned about the noise ordinance and it was confusing about whether or not we could even be outside. I would have liked a heads up and a little clarity about the ordinance before or during booking (the signs in the unit say absolutely no noise from 10pm to 10am -which feels a little ridiculous). It seems there have been many issues between locals and rentals. But we loved the outdoor space and views of the ocean. It’s about a 40 min drive from this unit to downtown Charleston. We would definitely rent from Island Realty again!

Having all Q/K beds was a huge plus, and often hard to find in 3 BR units. #67 kitchen was great, with the wall taken out and the huge island! The kitchen in #69 is really tight for 6 people. We plan to return next summer. We would be looking for 2 units would both have the updated open kitchen. Do you have 2 units line that?Another option would be a duplex with a pool.

CONS: Furniture/decor is a little dated, the family room needs more lighting & a fan, the porch furniture cushions need to be replaced, and bathroom showers could use some updating as well. The rental company also needs to provide more than 1 towel per person, per week. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay!

The downstairs bathroom has a cabinet in the worst spot. Be careful of your head when turning on the shower.The screened in patio was perfect. You have a gorgeous view of the ocean from the patio and of course from the upstairs master. Unit was very clean and everything worked perfect. Lots of utensils in kitchen. The pool was very nice, not crowded at all. The beach was so nice, felt like it was private. We pre-reserved beach chairs and umbrellas every day, it was so nice to go out there and have them there and ready for us. Check in was easy at the realtor.

We were just a few steps from both the beach and the pool. My three year old had no problem walking to both. There is a service available to have beach chairs and umbrellas set up in advance (for a fee) which was very convenient. The rental had everything we could possibly need. They really thought of everything. This was by far the best beach rental I’ve ever stayed in. We will be back!
