This place was perfect. The view is the absolute best. The parking garage is so close and the walls are sound proof. When the doors are closed you can’t hear anything. We are looking to hopefully book this place again for next year.

Property was clean overall but upon entry and looking at all the necessities I immediately realized there were no bath towels. I looked in every room, in drawers, and finally found every bath towel in the dryer soaking wet. Were they clean? Who knows. So the first few hours of our stay was spent rewashing and drying all the towels so that we could take showers before bed time. Kitchen utensils and supplies are sparse so make plans to eat out or do sandwiches as much as possible. The resort is great for kids. The pools are super safe. However, the wristband thing is annoying. You do have to wear one at every resort but one of our bands was broken at arrival, missing the prong, and there are very limited lobby hours. While waiting for the lobby to open, we were told by a staff member that this would be our only warning and that we would be asked to leave the property. He said the broken band was not an excuse and we would be escorted from the property. Finally the next morning we got a new band. Just some aggravating issues that we got past for the most part. Some of these not the fault of the owner and some of these not the fault of the resort. Just giving the pros and cons for future guests.

Great location

We loved the location of sunny daze. Bright condo. Well stocked. Loved the bunk room. The tvs in the bunk room weren’t working properly when we got there. Rudy came to fix them. He was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We would stay here again. It was very clean. Worked perfectly for our family of five. The only thing we needed would have been a couple of extra blankets. This condo was located so close to the drive up parking garage. Made loading and unloading a breeze. We enjoyed being able to see both the pool area and the ocean from the balcony.

Slice of Paradise

Everything was very nice - way above standard. Such a breeze parking and getting into the condo. The condo was clean, accommodating, and in a good location. You get probably the best of views of the pools and the waves crashing in the back. It’s a quiet, family friendly resort. I was very impressed with how clean and well kept the pool areas were and how easy it was to access the beach. So much for the kids to do of all ages. The condo had beach chair service which is definitely a plus so you don’t need to tote your tents and umbrella out. Condo was efficiently stocked with everything you’d need for a week stay. Everything was perfect except how fast your stay with fly by! We had a blast and will definitely be coming back.

Loved our time at Waterscape

Beautiful condo in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and loved the resort. Very easy check-in/out process and condo had about everything you could need. We already talked about coming back in the future.

Great condo and resort

The condo was very clean and the check in process was simple. Working with Pinkie was a breeze. The resort had everything you need but is also within walking distance to fun activities and restaurants. The beach is spectacular and the included beach chairs was a great bonus.

Stay

The floor was very dirty. No deep cleaning done. The master bedroom, balcony side, mattress was not good. The coffee pot didn't work so we bought our own. There was also a broken pitcher and a few things in the freezer/refrigerator. However, those were no big deal just worried we would be blamed. We couldn't get the sliding door to balcony to lock. Good thing we were high up. Several TV remotes, some without batteries which made operating harder. Tacky fleece blanket taked up I stead of blind in one bedroom. Over all, nice room and facilities.

Waterscape C502… Perfection♥️

The view of the Gulf was amazing! We had 4 adults and two kids (5)yo(2)yo. Perfect accommodations!! 2 very comfortable King size beds and bunks for the kids. Well appointed kitchen with a Specialty coffee maker and coffee pot… lots of dishes and lovely glassware plus un breakable plates and glasses for the kiddos! The decorations and furnishings are lavish! The balcony also had super comfortable furniture that we enjoyed with our beautiful view of the fun property and Gulf of Mexico. You can also park virtually at the front door!!! We walked to AJ’s restaurant for a meal… Fireworks at the pier were viewed from their gorgeous beach! Staff was super friendly… and everything was clean…everywhere!!! We will be back! Same property!! Same accommodations!! C502 at Waterscape for a fabulous family vacation!

a wonderful week

we had the best week at fort walton waterscape c502. the condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. the 2 bedrooms were spacious with king beds and our children loved the bunk room for hanging out and watching shows at the end of the day. kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. the balcony was great with lots of seating. waterscape itself had so much for our young kids to do and the beach is beautiful. the softest sand! lots around the area to do. we will definitely be back!

Nice pool/courtyard, not condo

I was very disappointed in this condo. When we arrived it was not clean, fridge had leftover food and was filthy. I complained, the cleaner came back and apologized but when he left again I could scrape food off the counters. I cleaned it myself. Bed and furnishings very uncomfortable. The patio was wonderful though. The pools were nice for families.
