Family get away

The rental had everything we needed. It was clean and exactly as described. Close to the beach access and a nice pool view. We were able to get in before 4 on our check in day, which we greatly appreciated. Thrilled that they also had beach chairs!

My wife and I enjoyed seven weeks at a lovely location. The managers treated us as respected Guests and were there to answer any requests. Thank you to Dustin who was there for us. We are Snowbirds from Canada and Highly recommend this listing.

Wonderful Girls Weekend!

We had a wonderful time at Playa Blanco for a long girls weekend. The condo is perfectly located to all the attractions in Seagrove and Seaside and beach access was directly across 30A for an easy walk with beach gear. Youā€™re right outside the pool so that was nice after the beach. Furnishings were well done and the beds were very comfortable. There is an AC unit right outside the master window that runs very loud but Iā€™m a sold sleeper so luckily I didnā€™t hear it once I fell asleep. Liv Vacations was very responsive and friendly for all of our questions so we appreciated that special touch.

Great location. Short walk to beach, bike shop and restaurants. Ground floor location made it easy to unload belongings. Porch faces the courtyard and pool that is steps away. Older building but condo has been upgraded and had everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful Condo!

I told my husband this ground floor conda was the nicest place we've ever stayed at in Seagrove Beach. My only complaint would be the middle air-conditioner outside the master bedroom window. It made a terrible racket for a few minutes every time it kicked on. Otherwise our stay was wonderful!

We love Beachwood villas

We had never done a 2 bedroom and we will definitely do this again! My only complaint was the showers were never hot. I just don't like a lukewarm shower when trying to get sunscreen off. It was strange b/c the sinks all got very hot.

Having stayed in this complex multiple times, I was familiar with the area. This unit is up to date and listed accurately. You can access public beach access point within minutes walking. We had 6 people in out group and it was a little tight, but not bad. We were pleased with the unit and would rent again, but the dryer will ruin clothes if not watched over (clothes get stuck and spun). 5 stars overall experience.

Love the beach

Great location and easy access to shops,beach. Recently painted. Comfortable beds, new furniture In Living room. Good use of space. Loved the access to washer/dryer. The Fridge is big for the space. Pans were worn, but found everything else that we needed in the kitchen. Could benefit from a curved shower rod. Enjoyed our stay.

Experience renting was fine. Once we checked in we were pretty much on our own. No communication with rental agency. In the unit there needs to be a more efficient way to store pots and pans. No where to store food or groceries. The cabinets are so small and high hard to use. There also needs to be a guide in the unit to tell you how to use the tvs. Other than that the unit was pretty. Nicely decorated.

Good location but in need of some TLC

The property is in a good location with close proximity to beach access and restaurants. The manager is very responsive. The unit had nice family room furniture, nice appliances, nice dishes and plenty of cookware and towels. The unit needs a deep clean and some TLC. The walls, baseboards, fans, light fixtures, screen door are all filthy or broken and in need of a deep clean and paint and some things replaced. The guest toilet was running off and on all the time when we arrived and the guest shower has steady drip. I will let the property manager know this but we were surprised the cleaning crew didnā€™t let them know prior to our stay. Also we could easily hear the people above us. I guess this is to be expected in a ground floor unit.

Weekend Stay

The condo was convenient to the beach with about a 5-6 minute walk. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. Condo could use a little more of a deep clean and some updates (base boards, walls, and ceiling are definitely lacking) but decent stay for the price.
