First want to say that the owners were pleasant and easy to get ahold of. Although they had strict rules and very precise instructions, some of the most I've ever experienced at a VRBO, they were very nice. The biggest problem we ran into was the cleanliness, fridge temperature, and little things that were broken. The sheets and towels all had makeup stains on them. The master also had a random hair on the sheet. We had spiders and cockroaches that we had to kill inside the condo. The oven handle is halfway hanging off. The fridge was not cold upon arrival and we had went to Publix and spent 250 worth of groceries. We were forced to go buy ice and luckily we had 2 coolers. The twin beds had cheap mattresses and moved very easily. The queen beds caved in which caused you to roll into the center of the bed. The positive was for sure the location to everything. The walk did take about 10 min to the beach but that was expected. Overall, was a good vacation but definitely after the price, one of the least desirable VRBO I have stayed at. And lastly, to have paid a cleaning fee, there was strict cleaning instructions and rules before departure. We even swept twice a day to keep from getting charged an extra fee.
