- NO SMOKING ALLOWED indoors. Outdoors only; Cigarette butts in the ashtray NOT in the garden pls, thk u.
- Bring a flashlight (recommended) after dark
- PATHWAYS & STEPS can be slippery: Moss, rain, etc, can be expected. Bali has a humidity rate of 80%, therefore mold can be present in the apartment. There is nothing we can do about this, yet we do our best to maintain the space in great conditions
- The house is located in a rural area, sounds from farm animals can be expected.

- ELECTRICITY, Water, Internet service: while these are all currently active in the listing, there can be a LAPSE in their accessibility due to the more primitive infrastructure of services on the island.
Nothing can be done about this and does not constitute a valid reason for cancelling with the expectation of a refund. We appreciate your understanding regarding this.
