If you want to spend your vacation in Istria, the best developed Croatian region that has much to offer, but still enjoy your privacy, Villa Patricia is a perfect choice. The villa is placed in the edge of a pretty little village that is only a few kilometers away from the seaside and the town Rovinj, the most popular Croatian tourist destination. The sea is so near that you might say you will have two holidays for the price of one – the one in the inland and the one by the seaside! Villa Patricia offers additional services - wellness and a heated pool - starting from the year 2018. This way you will be able to enjoy your stay regardless the season and the outer temperature. Villa Patricia is newly built using the contemporary elements with the full respect of the traditional, so it’s wonderfully interlaced with the ambience. Comfortably furnished and fully equipped, it accommodates up to 9 persons and provides lots of diverse elements (such as the romantic fireplace, private swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games) that guarantee a relaxing and a fun holiday.

Pool heating with heat pump on request in April, May, September and October - Extra charge 200,00 EUR per week - weather related temperature.

Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups. If you are booking an accommodation facility as a group of young individuals, contact our agency before making the reservation in order to check whether the requested property allows your stay.

Die bisher sauberste und am besten ausgestattete Villa die wir je hatten. Auch mit Hunden sehr zu empfehlen, alles komplett eingezäunt und uneinsehbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist in Live nochmal schöner wie auf den Fotos. Alles ist sauber und wunderschön gepflegt. Egal was man braucht für alles ist gesorgt. Der Besitzer ist super nett und kümmert sich sofort wenn man etwas benötigt. Insgesamt war es ein Rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Wir waren hier mit zwei Familien und haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen und die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful spacious house

As a family group, we loved the property and its quiet peaceful location. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, Villa Patricia offered so much ....... the games room and table tennis table were well used and the beautiful pool was a focal point for us all. An excellent holiday home for a family group.

Super Unterkunft mit allem was man sich wünscht und braucht

Wir durften mit der ganzen Familie (insgesamt 9 Leute) in der tollen Villa Patricia 1 Woche Pfingsturlaub machen und waren vom Anfang bis zum Schluss begeistert. Vom Empfang mit Wein, Obst und Gebäck durch Patricia und Massimo, über die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts, bis hin zur Abreise mit einer tollen Verabschiedung. Die Villa wartete top sauber geputzt auf uns und alles war für uns gerichtet, ob der ideal temperierte Pool (grandioser Pool), der Kaffee für die Maschine, Müllbeutel, Waschmittel für Spül- und Waschmaschine, Handtücher, frisch bezogene Betten und andere Kleinigkeiten. Sogar zwei Mountainbikes waren vorhanden und die Strecke zum nächsten Supermarkt mit 3.8 km gut erreichbar zum Brot holen. Die Entfernung nach Rovinj und Meer ist vertretbar mit 15 Minuten Autofahrt und auch sonst ist die Zentrale Lage an der istrischen Küste ideal für Ausflüge, denn mit 1 Stunde Autofahrt ist man eigentlich überall an der istrischen Küste. Danke für alles und vll. sehen wir uns bald wieder. Gruß Heiko

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit vollständiger sehr guter Gesamtausstattung

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden im Mai für 2 Wochen in der Villa Patricia zu Gast. Wir haben dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem sehr sauberen, neuwertigen mit sehr guter Ausstattung versehenen Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Wir mieten seit vielen Jahren Häuser in Kroatien, ein solch schönes sauberes Haus mit einer solch tollen Ausstattung hatten wir bisher noch nie. Begrüßt und vor Ort betreut durch die Besitzer Massimo und Patricia, empfangen mit frischem Obst, Gebäck, selbstgemachten Wein und einen ebreits auf 24 Grad vorgeheizten Pool war perfekt für uns. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und jedes ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. es sind zahlreiche Handtücher, Strandtücher, LIegen, Auflagen, Toilettenpapier, Handseifenspender und vieles mehr zahlreich vorhanden, Das Haus ist vollständig eingezäumt und unsere beiden Hunde (sind beide Ausbrechner) waren 100% sicher und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. es sind 2 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück wo auch 3 Fahrzeuge passen würden. Die Lage ist idel, sehr ruhig und trotzdem in 15 Minuten in Rovinj und allen anderen tollen Städten bzw. Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dabnk für alles an Massimo und Patricia, see you soon.

Der perfekte Familienurlaub

Alles am Objekt entsprach der Beschreibung. Bemerkenswert sind kleine Details im Haus , angefangen vom Tee im Saunabereich , bis hin zur Obst / Kuchenschale beim Empfang. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter , alles Perfekt . Absolut zu empfehlen Ralf : 23.09.18

Wunderschöne Villa in einem kleinen Örtchen

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der Villa von Massimo und Patrizia. Herzlich wurden wir von den beiden begrüßt und als Willkommensgruß warteten schon frisches Obst, hausgemachtes Gebäck und gekühlte Getränke auf uns. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Espressomaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Mikrowelle) und auch die Verbrauchsartikel (Klopapier, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel) steht ausreichend bereit. Die Betten sind schon fertig bezogen und im Bad gibt es ausreichend Handtücher. Jedes der vier Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und einen eigenen Flat-TV. Zwei Schlafzimmer im OG haben Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Toller Pool, ruhige Lage und doch nah an Rovinj. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Rovinsko Selo oder dann eben in Rovinj, Porec etc., lecker Essen kann man in den vielen Konobas rund um die Villa. Die Bilder entsprechen exakt der Realität. Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich folgendes: Fliegengitter an den Fenstern/Terrassentüren wären traumhaft und evtl. ein stärkeres WLAN. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Patrizia sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen.Massimo und Patrizia sind super nette Gastgeber, die wirklich sehr bemüht sind, dass die Gäste sich bei ihnen wohlfühlen.

Das Haus ist absolut top und weiter zu empfehlen! Die Bilder spiegeln zu 100 % den Zustand wieder!!!

Wir haben ein Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und jede Sekunde genossen. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100 % dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung top. Alle haben sich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sollte es doch mal ein Problemchen geben wird umgehend reagiert und abgeholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!!!

Traumurlaub in Traumvilla

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht - alles ist so schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Villa und alles darumherum ist ausgesprochen gepflegt - die Vermieter super nett und diskret. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern da (21, 20 und 14 Jahre) und allen hat es super gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic villa, even better than the pictures!

We are 2 Belgian families with 4 children between 8 and 11 years old. We had the best time in the villa of Massimo and his wife; The rooms are like hotelrooms (beds are made, towels are included), airconditioning everywhere in the house, very well equiped kitchen... The location of the house is very rural / quiet with magnificent vieuw on the beautiful Croation nature and close to the autostrada and the road to Rovinj. The swimming pool and place to sit around in the sun is also wonderful but there is also enough shadow for instance to eat . Massimo and his wife are so friendly, they give you a warm welcome when you arrive after al long journey and they offer their complete house (really everything you need is already there) with a smile. For children there is also a pool table, table soccer, ping pong ... I think the house is also very suitable when you want to travel with 3 or 4 couples. It will be difficult to ever find a better and more beautiful holliday house. Thanks for the wonderful week in a country where we will certainly come back! Ellie

Sehr schönes Haus - alles perfekt

Die Bilder entsprechen exakt den Gegebenheiten - alles sehr schön und neuwertig. Der Ausblick in den Nationalpark ist wunderschön und unverbaut. Für Familien mit Kindern (wie wir) ideal. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt - mit dezentem Salzwasser. Leider noch etwas kühl als wir da waren. Was man nicht auf den Bildern erkennt, aber sehr zur guten Bewertung beiträgt.. es ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden - die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit Geschirr und Töpfen - es gibt ausreichend Bedarfsartikel wie WC-Papier, Geschirrspültabs, Waschmaschine!, Bettwäsche sowieso .. also kein lästiges Mitschleppen von solchen Dingen nötig und v.a. nicht so knausrig bestückt wie viele andere Appartements, wo gerade 1-2 Müllsäcke vorhanden sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca. 5 min Fahrzeit (Auto) im Nebenort Rovinj Selo - aber besser man fährt ca. 10 min nach Rovinj zum Lidl. (Billiger und breiteres Sortiment). Danach grillen am Hauseigenen gemauerten Grill gleich neben dem gemütlichen großen Tisch auf der Terrasse. Kann ich in Summe nur empfehlen und wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Ein sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Es fehlt nichts im Haus. Besonders gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr gutem Zustand und ist sehr sauber. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht, würden wir jeder Zeit wiederholen. Ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich super um Ihre Gäste. Danke dafür!

Wonderful place to spend your holiday

It is a wonderful place to spend your holiday, the many facilities like bikes, billiard, table tennis, etc.. keep the boys happy, and you don´t really want to leave the house without a good reason. Everything is new and thoughtfully arranged. we would go again.
