Villa Yasmine is a 4 star, 4 bedroom villa with a total area of 250 m2. Offer a private swimming pool, billiards, darts, children playground, beautiful private garden and much more to make you a perfect holiday.

Outside guests will enjoy stone grill and beautiful view in a quiet enviroment. There is ample space indoors and outdoors for dining in addition to large living room with fireplace. There are 2 large terraces that are shared by 2 bedrooms each.
For our smallest guests there is also an outside playground area with swing and a slide, and inside there is additional game room with plenty of entertainment facilities.
House is fully air-conditioned and each bedroom has en-suite bathroom and LCD TV set.
Animals are allowed with prior consent from the Owner.

A wonderful stay

We've enjoyed our stay very much. The house has everything you need. The kids loved the swimmingpool and pool biljart. There are lots of nice places, venues and beaches to visit. Also wineries and truffle restaurants for us adults or the aquapark Istralandia for the kids.Host Karlo makes sure everything is perfect. He has good suggestions for restaurants and venues. Thanks for having us, Karlo!

FABULOUS House is even prettier than the pictures Beautiful countryside location, not far from any of the large towns Karlo was an excellent attentive host We had a very special extra treat when they prepared us a traditional Croatian dinner one night It was wonderful!!! The billiard room was a lot of fun!!!

Spacious, clean and well-equipped! Great location in Istria.

This beautiful, modern villa in Smoljanci was the perfect fit for our group of 8. With four kids (ages 10-13) the pool, billiard table and trampoline were a huge plus. We explored the beaches of Cape Kamenjak, visited Rovinj and Motovun and generally just relaxed at the villa, cooking meals and hanging out and reveling in the peaceful countryside setting. Enjoyed a fabulous breakfast on our first morning, delivered by the owner's parents who live on an adjacent property. Groceries were stocked on request. Air-conditioning worked flawlessly throughout our stay and there was ample hot water. Fantastic location for exploring the region, which is extremely compact accessible. Karlo and his wife could not be nicer or more accommodating. Highly recommend!!! Photos do not do the place justice--it was even better than expected.

Amazing stay at this beautiful country house!!

Unfortunately we just had a short time to stay at this amazing country house!! Karlo was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay. He had several items for us in the frig, including home grown strawberries! There is a beautiful pool and garden just outside the kitchen. The birds chirping and the fantastic natural setting allowed us to totally relax after almost two weeks throughout Croatia. The pictures do not due the house and surroundings justice - it was just beautiful! We are already looking at booking the house for a larger group in October. Karlo - thank you for the heads up on the Slovenia board crossing delays and the requirements to purchase a sticker to drive on the Slovenia highways. All guests should Google Slovenia traffic requirements just to be sure. Again - outstanding stay, great service and very relaxing.

Amazing for Families and bigger groups, amazing owners

The house was really amazing, it is super spacious, the pool, the BBQ Grill, the garden, trampoline, a dedicated kids room, big table inside as well as outside, big living room, 4 bedrooms with each a bath attached, everything with air-condition. The owner is super nice, we have been welcomed with a fridge full of fruits and veggies from the owners father in law, he even came over to say hi and bring more fruits. Communication was amazing via WhatsApp, whenever we were asking for beach, etc recommendation, the answer was super quick. When we left the owners wife came by surprising us with a farewell honey and fruits. It was really incredible. The location was good, a really quite small village without any fuzz, beaches and bigger city (Pula) are like 30 - 60 min by car. A small supermarket is in the village a bigger one you can reach by car within 10 min. We were there with three cars (six adults, three kids) and we had a mix of beach days, city days and just staying at the house enjoying cooking, grill and the pool - therefore the house was really perfect, as the kids never got bored and for the adults, there is more than enough space to have a rest or afternoon nap at a hidden spot. One last thing to mention (as this is usually not the case - and sometimes annoying), when we arrived the house was already equipped with additional toilets paper, snacks, dishwasher taps, diswahser soap, etc. It might sounds small, but when you arrive after a 10h drive, you will appreciat

The house was perfect for us five. 4 spacious rooms with each a bathroom, plus an amazing kitchen and living room. The pool was so great as we were there during the heat wave. The pool table and the tranquil surroundings were very appreciated. Plus the father-in-law of Karlo cooked a full dinner for us, it was great and really tasty. Karlo is really nice and patient. He helped us figure out the location as the car GPS send us in some dead ends. He was online with us until we foundnthe place. You do need a car but to move but it is kind of in the middle of Istria so we could go to Pula, the beach (mon perin) and to Rovinj in 30 minutes or so. Karlo also gave us good suggestions to visit. Istria is magnificient and Karlo's house was perfect for us to enjoy and to rest for 5 days. It is quiet and luxurious as indicated. Worth evry penny. We recommand strongly.

5 Sterne für das Ferienhaus Yasmine und den Gastgeber Karlo! Das Haus war genau so, wie bei FeWo im Internet dargestellt und in jeder Hinsicht in tadellosem Zustand. Für uns 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder mit Hund bot es wirklich viel Platz, das zusätzliche Spielzimmer und das Billardzimmer waren ein besonderes Plus und jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer (zwei davon mit je einem Zusatzbett) hatte ein eigenes Bad. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool waren ebenfalls in bestem Zustand, das Grundstück ist zu den Nachbargrundstücken abgegrenzt. Die Ortsrandlage bot uns eine ruhige Erholung und man war quasi mit einem Schritt in der Natur. Der Gastgeber Karlo war für uns ein "Superhost". Er spricht sehr gut englisch, war immer ansprechbar, freundlich, hilfreich und prompt in seiner Reaktion. Ein weiterer Tipp: Karlos Schwiegereltern wohnen in der Nachbarschaft, kommen ursprünglich aus der Gastronomie und liefern auf Nachfrage (Italienischkenntnisse helfen, wenn man des Kroatischen nicht mächtig ist) Menüs ins Haus. Für uns war es das kulinarische Highlight des Urlaubs.

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr groß, sauber und gut eingerichtet mit einem schönen großen Pool und einer großen Terrasse. Sehr ruhig und schön zum draußen sitzen. Für Kinder gibt es extra ein Spielzimmer und ein Zimmer mit einem Billardtisch und draußen ein Trampolin.Sehr unkomplizierter guter Kontakt zum Besitzer, immer ansprechbar bei Fragen.Liegt etwas abgelegen in einem Dorf. Zu den nächsten Stränden und Städten sind es ca. 25-30 Minuten. Besonders toll war das Abendessen von dem Schwiegervater, der im Haus nebenan wohnt. Das konnte man über den Kontakt mit dem Besitzer ausmachen. Der Schwiegervater hat alles bei sich gekocht und dann rüber gebracht. Es war sehr lecker und sehr viel (mit Salat, Fisch, Gemüse, Crepes...), so dass wir sogar am nächsten Tag noch eine ganze Mahlzeit davon hatten.Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Es war wunderbar! 10/10 Sterne!!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Das Haus war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Gastgeber (Karlo) sind herzlich, hilfsbereit und mit ganzem Herzen dabei Ein echtes Highlight war das Abendessen von Vlado – unglaublich lecker! Pure Entspannung

Wenn man auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Ort mit schönem Haus, sauberem Pool und schönem Garten ist - ist man bei Carlo und seiner Familie super aufgehoben. Bei Fragen steht er stehts parat. Die nächsten Städte sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wenn man längerer Fahrten mit dem E-Bike mag auch so. Supermärkten und Restaurants sind innerhalb von 6 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Super Villa

Der Aufenthalt in Istrien war spitze. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren alle begeistert. Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit geräumigen Zimmern, tollen Bädern und einer Top Außenanlagen mit großem Pool. Besucher vom Bodensee

Wir waren zu siebt in der unterkunft vier Erwachsenen und drei kindern. Es war wunderschön man hat seine ruhe und ein mega haus mit pool. Von der Unterkunft aus erreicht man die umliegenden Städte schnell. Karlo ist ein sehr guter gastgeber. Sein Vater kocht sehr gut besser als die meiste. Restaurants in der nähe. Eine klare weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen wieder.

Perfekt

Für uns war alles perfekt. Das Haus war blitzblank sauber und wir hatten alles für zwei erholsame Wochen. Zur Begrüssung stand Obst, Gemüse etc. aus dem benachbarten Garten bereit. Für unsere kleine Tochter waren natürlich das Spielezimmer sowie Pool und Trampolin der Hit. Da das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist, konnten wir unsere Tochter ohne Bedenken (Pool natürlich beaufsichtigen) springen lassen. Auch ein Babybett stand nach Absprache mit Karlo bereit. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert, was bei der Hitze sehr angenehm war. Der Schwiegervater bietet ein Dinner an. Wir haben diese Chance wahrgenommen und wurden mit feinem istrischen Essen verwöhnt. Es ist nur zu empfehlen. Danke an dieser Stelle an Karlo für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Kroatien

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Räume sind modern und geräumig und der Garten ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind auch äußerst nett und zuvorkommend.

Absolutely fabulous

First of all love the location. On the outskirts of a small town that is open and lovely with the only neighbor being the owner Karlo's parents in law that bring you fresh fruits and vegetables every day if you desire. The home was meticulously clean, and very well spaced to allow relaxation for our entire family. Each room has its own bathroom, and two of them have a lovely balcony for morning coffee breaks. The family game room was a big hit for nightly pool and dart tournaments, and the pool was utilized daily. Very modern appliances, and a well stocked kitchen with utensils. Bravo to Karlo and his lovely family for providing a marvelous value for an outstanding family holiday in Croatia.

A lovely home with everything you need

Villa Yasmine met all our expectations snd more. The home is lovely with all bedrooms having an en-suite. We normally have debates as to who has the nicest room but there was no difference! The pool table was an added bonus. There is nothing in the immediate vicinity of the villa but it is a good central location to drive to some very beautiful places. Lovely hosts.

traumhafter Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus

Objekt: hochwertige Bauausführung, genau so, wie man es sich zu Hause wünscht. Alle Räume klimatisiert, 4 Schlafräume mit jeweils eigenem Bad, Billard/Dart Raum mit separatem Kühlschrank, Spiel- und Fitnessraum, perfekter Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich, große Terrasse mit Grill, wunderschöner Pool und sehr großes Grundstück. Lage: Ruhe, Ruhe und nochmal Ruhe. 20-25 Minuten Fahrt nach Rovinj (sehr touristisch) und ans Meer, 5 Minuten Fahrt (20 Minuten mit dem Rad) zum nächsten Supermarkt. Die Lage ist perfekt um einen privaten und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen, wer Trubel will hat dies nach einer kurzen Autofahrt. Im Näheren Umfeld haben wir 5 Restaurants besucht, allesamt in perfekter Qualität und Leistung. Die Preise für Essen und Einkaufen entsprechen in etwa denen in Deutschland. Gastgeber: Karlo und ebenfalls seine Exfrau sind perfekte Gastgeber, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Ex-Schwiegervater von Karlo, welcher uns regelmäßig mit frischen Tomaten, Gurken, Zucchini aus dem eigenen Garten und Eiern (Hühner sind nebenan) kostenfrei versorgt hat und (gegen ein kleines Entgelt) an einem Abend ein perfektes Catering (Fleisch, Fisch und Alles außen herum) mit 5 Gängen kredenzt hat, welches Seinesgleichen sucht. Zusammenfassung: wenn Sie ein perfektes Haus zur Erholung suchen, welches alle Annehmlichkeiten bietet, sind Sie hier richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Vermieter. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Tolle Familie. Super Haus. Zentral, ruhig auf dem Land gelegen. Immer wieder gerne. Auch für den Herbst oder Winter schön. Hat Heizung und man friert nicht. Um Istrien zu entdecken optimal.
