Villa Lucia is a charming stone villa located in a peaceful part of Vodnjan, surrounded by olive trees, lavender and the authentic Istrian countryside. Its architecture combines traditional Istrian stonework with modern comfort, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The nearest beaches are only a few kilometres away, while the historic city of Pula and Pula Airport can be reached within a short drive.

The villa is particularly suitable for families or groups of friends and can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. It features four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two extra beds can be provided upon request. A baby cot and high chair are also available for families travelling with young children.

The bright and comfortable living room offers plenty of space for relaxing together and is connected to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Traditional wooden beams, stone details and carefully selected furnishings give the interior a distinctive Mediterranean character, while large windows and doors provide plenty of natural light and easy access to the outdoor area.

The private garden is designed for relaxation and outdoor living. The swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers, while the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area provides a pleasant setting for shared meals and evenings in the shade. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor barbecue and private hot tub. Olive trees and Mediterranean plants create a peaceful atmosphere and offer a high level of privacy.

Guests of Villa Lucia also have access to a nearby children’s playground and basketball court, created by the owner and shared exclusively with guests staying in Villa Lucia and three neighbouring holiday villas. This additional recreational area provides children with more space to play and allows guests to enjoy sports and outdoor activities during their stay.

From the villa and its surroundings, guests can enjoy beautiful views of the countryside, the sea and the Brijuni archipelago in the distance.
