Gingerbread Crossing is a classic Big Bear Chalet located near Bear Mountain Ski Resort. The homes has a large wraparound deck, with seating for all your guests. Soak in the hot tub while enjoying the crisp mountain air and peekaboo views of the resort.

Entering the home, you will find the super cozy family room area, with a wood burning fireplace. Cozy up on the plush leather reclining sofas and watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. There is a DVD and Blu Ray player provided. The dining area has seating for all of your guests, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The kitchen has a vintage gas range oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer combo. There is a standard coffee maker provided.

Down the hall you will find a full bath. To the left is a bedroom with a queen bed with a flat screen TV, the next room has two twin beds and the last room has a queen bed. This classic Big Bear cabin, with it's warm cozy feel will be the best place to escape the city and unwind.  Run, run, as fast as you can to Gingerbread Crossing. You'll be a big fan!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
