With three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it offers ample space for relaxation. Enjoy a fully equipped open kitchen with quartz counters and a glass tile backsplash, an inviting dining and living area, and a connected deck for savoring the relaxing spa and using the BBQ grill. Your perfect mountain getaway awaits!



The Space:

The primary bedroom boasts a spacious California King Bed with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The second charming bedroom offers a cozy Queen Bed, complete with an LCD TV and a convenient walk-in closet. In the third bedroom, you'll find a total of four beds: two Single beds and a comfortable log Bunk Bed with a Queen on the bottom and a Full on top.



Stay connected with Spectrum Ultra Internet, offering blazing speeds of up to 400mbps. Each room is equipped with a brand-new flat-screen TV, featuring easy access to Netflix, WiFi wireless internet, and Charter Cable TV.



For extra entertainment, the cabin boasts a generously-sized game room featuring a pool table, foosball table, poker table, Pacman/Galaga video game, and a 55" LCD Smart TV, making it perfect for family fun and relaxation. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay.



This cabin is an excellent choice for one or two families, ensuring everyone's comfort and privacy. Parking is available, so you won't have to worry about finding a space at Snow Summit, since you can easily walk to the Snow Summit Resort.

Also close to Village and Lake.

This cabin was fantastic for our Thanksgiving vacation. It was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for everyone. We booked it because it was so close to Snow Summit but unfortunately there wasn’t enough snow so the resort was not open. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the game room. We had one minor issue while we were there and the property managers addressed it within an hour even on Thanksgiving day.

This property was just incredible and perfect for our family! We have teenagers and the game room, hot tub, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and vicinity to Snow Summit made our trip one of the best ever! Mario and Ivette were wonderful, responsive hosts. We can't wait to go back! 100% recommend!!

Fun family stay

Amazing!!

As my teen daughter said when she first arrived, “this place is perfect”. Everything was in excellent condition, so tastefully decorated, and supplies were well thought out. We will definitely return.

Weekend getaway

The property was very clean and beautiful. Lots of room in the house for the 7 of us that stayed there. Game room was a big plus for the teenagers. House is in very peacful neighborhood. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Location! Fun for the whole family!

It was such a wonderful experience! Responsive and informative property management. The kids loved the game room. Plenty of TVs and relaxation places for all. The spa was perfect for after the slopes. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Thank Mario and Ivette.

We travelled with our 3 children. It was a modern home. Kitchen had all necessary supplies. House was very clean- including bathrooms. Good water pressure. Bathrooms are spacious. Bedrooms have a lot of closet space and drawers. Jacuzzi was clean. Game room was very fun! Would definitely book again.

Perfect place to stay

We came up for a ski trip at Snow Summit. The cabin is within walking distance but it’s super easy to drop off the skiers and park at the Cabin. The Cabin was perfect, jacuzzi hot and ready to use. Mario was easy to work with and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun House

Great location in Big Bear. Clean house. Very comfortable beds. Upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. Great game room. Quiet and nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Close to Snow Summit!

Easy check in! Reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Great Game room for kids 10 and 12, and adults. So close to slopes! Would highly recommend and book again next year!

Our stay in Big Bear 🐻

Great time. Loved the place. First time vacationing in Big Bear and we absolutely loved or stay. Very clean, and my boys loved the game room. My wife and I loved bringing back our child hood memories with the Pac Man machine. So glad we chose this place. Thanks again.

Our stay in Big Bear

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and beautiful. The kids loved the game room. We sat outside and enjoyed dinners on the patio. Our only feedback is that the beds were not comfortable. But other than that, an amazing time!

Wonderful Location and Great House

We had a wonderful visit to Big Bear with our family. The house was clean, comfortable, and all enjoyed the game room, the deck and spa. The location was close to the summit and would be ideal at ski season. The fireworks were amazing and an easy traffic free drive back to the house. Only suggestion would be better glassware. I had to go to the dollar store to buy wine glasses and juice glasses as the home only had 12 ounce tumblers-not suitable for a lovely glass of wine. The house was perfect for our family and our teens enjoyed the visit as much as the adults.

Everything you need!

Super close to Snow Summit. .03 from the entrance, so no waiting in long parking lines. Plenty of fun for the kids. Great amount of space. Fully stocked with pots and pans. We had over a foot of snow so the porch wasn’t really usable. I did ask for a shovel but didn’t get a response. Still, a great stay and would definitely seek this place and do it all over again!

Location !!!! Location !! Location!!!!

My family that consist of 4 adults and 6 children stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Mario keeps our communication open, he always responds to our questions in a speedy manner. The check-in with Viviana is so easy, quick and friendly. The location is so close to Snow Summit, we just walked for 5 minutes with our grandkids ages 10, 8 and 6, carrying their snowboards and they were fine. No need to pay parking at the resort. The house is cozy and tastefully done. Our grandkids enjoyed the game room. Overall very pleased with the house and we plan to have a family get together again every year in this location.

Great Family Vacation

Our family consisted of 4 adults and 5 teen girls. The home was perfect for all of us. We spent many nights playing in the game room and enjoying the outdoor jacuzzi. Plenty of sleeping space and 3 bathrooms meant no one had to wait in line. Home is close to shopping, restaurants, and the lake, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Mario was quick to respond to my questions and handled everything we needed in a timely manner. The only thing I would recommend is a bigger trash can in the kitchen. The one currently in there is small and needed to be emptied several times a day, as we rarely ate out during our stay. We would definitely book again and recommend this home to anyone traveling with kids/families.

clean cabin, perfect location - but missing basic supplies

The cabin was impeccably clean and the location was great - literally a 1 minute drive to Snow Summit. The only reason I'm docking a star is because basic supplies were lacking - no kleenex, no shampoo, no body wash, no napkins, no cooking oils, etc. etc. At least advance notice of this would be appreciated so I could come prepared with my own stuff. The kids were bummed that the very nice-looking Foosball table had no balls and there wasn't much in the way of kids' games or toys, except for some dominos and decks of cards. And a couple things were broken in the house (fireplace screen, drawer in kitchen) which, judging from the other reviews, have been broken for some time now.

The bad first: The main picture is misleading. It looks as if this house is secluded when it is not. The neighbors are extremely close and this house lacks privacy, especially in the backyard (not fenced in). The carpet is in great need of replacing as it is stained from obvious years of use. The fireplace glass door was broken when we arrived and several of the lamps did not work. We did not use the jacuzzi as it smelled too strongly of chlorine and the pool table is located in the very cold garage. Downstairs furniture appears old. The shutters are cheap and in need of replacing. The good: The beds are as they appear in pictures, cute and also comfortable. The kitchen is nicely supplied and clean, made cooking enjoyable. The bathrooms were all neat and clean. The location is great if you're a skiier. Unfortunately no snow while we were there, but we enjoyed hikes at lake instead.

Great location, awesome host

I was in BB for an event at Snow Summit. Couldn't possibly beat the location - not even a 5-minute walk, but far enough away to avoid the hustle and traffic of the parking lot and the main road. Very nicely furnished. It was just me in this large place, so didn't use any of the available amenities - but there were plenty. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were extremely accommodating when I requested a slightly late checkout due to shifting timing on my end. Highly recommended!
