Maevarau, "Welcome Wishes" in Tahitian language.

Maevarau Résidence is a spacious luxury apartment, ideally located.

It offers a magnificent view of the punaauia lagoon and Moorea, a beautiful swimming pool and a gym are also available.

The high standing apartment is located on the third floor, in the corner facing the sea of a residence delivered in August 2019, it is bright and ventilated.

The building is secured by an automatic gate as well as an electronic badge for the stairs and the elevator.

The living space has:

_A large modern over-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and central island for lunch or dinner for 4 with two views of the lagoon.

_A spacious and comfortable living room with television and a breathtaking view of the lagoon and Moorea.

_A 36 m2 terrace with a large table, a relaxation / reading area with a beautiful coiler and an aperitif corner, all facing the sister island.

The parental suite:

_A large air-conditioned room with hotel-quality mattresses (King) for optimal comfort. A light strip is integrated into the headboard.

_A television.

_A dressing room with wardrobe and shelves.

_A bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second bedroom:

_Two single beds with hotel quality mattresses offering the possibility of coupling them to make a King size bed.

_Placard including wardrobe and shelves.

_Air conditioner.

The adjoining bathroom also has a walk-in shower and a closet.

_Finally the utility room has its washing machine and dryer. The shelves are coming soon.

The common areas of the residence offer a large swimming pool 19m by 8m and an equipped and air-conditioned gym.

The residence is opposite Vaipoopoo park for access to the sea, 10 minutes by car from the city or the airport on one side and 8 minutes from the famous beach of pk 18 on the other.

A 24/7 convenience store is a few minutes walk away as well as a wine cellar.

The famous "Roulottes" open in the evening are also nearby for dining on the spot or to take away. Good restaurants are also less than 5 minutes by car as is the Carrefour hypermarket or the Museum of the Islands.

Très belle propriété toute équipée, vue mer avec magnifique piscine. Plage à quelques km et food truck tout près. Arrivée s'est fait sans aucun souci. Hôte est facile à joindre et répond rapidement à toutes nos questions.

Fantastic apartment in paradise

We really enjoyed our stay here while photographing the humpback whales. The property is really spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Great location near to the Marina and beautiful view over Moorea. Our host Gaelle went out of her way to help us with transportation and anything we needed. She went over and above our expectations. 5 star service and five star apartment. Would very highly recommend this property!

Absolutely Stunning property & communication

You MUST stay here. The view is amazing! Fabulous location. Great communication with host. We will recommend this to anyone visiting Tahiti. It really is close to everything. Huge apartment, the pictures do not do it jjustice

Room with a view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo. The rooms were spacious and well laid out, and the kitchen had everything we needed, along with a Nespresso machine with pods, and an assortment of teas for the guests. The views were breath and we enjoyed the pool. We walked to the grocery store and a couple food vendors that were delicious. Downtown Papeete was not walking distance nor was the port for our cruise, but our host helped us arrange transportation so that was helpful . The security of this location was also wonderful with locking gates, and the elevator needed a code to use. We would highly recommend this place, as well as stay here again if we are ever blessed to return.

Christmas stay

The condo was a comfortable place to stay. We liked going to the food trucks down the road but wished it was more walking friendly to get there. The Carrefour supermarket was a madhouse around Christmas! Loved the French breads and Nutella. Just be aware that December is rainy. My biggest regret was not utilizing the concierge. I think they could have helped us find more fun things to do. I got water in my phone at the Arahoho blowhole so watch out for those waves!

Absolutely beautiful apartment

Eric -- Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed the Maevarau apartment. Spotlessly clean, every feature and conveniece imaginable, and gorgeous views of Moorea. The hostess was super friendly and attentive, both with check-in and check-out. Couldn't be any better. We would absolutely rent there again. Mahalo!

Top maintained residential complex with great views

The apartment met all our high expectations in terms of facilities, location and on-site support. Only the main road caused some noise on the otherwise beautiful terrace where we enjoyed the sunset nearly every evening. Brice, the contact person on site, looks after us personally and has great tips for restaurants. Arrival, check-in and everything around the apartment worked really well. The apartment is very well located for shopping and the harbor with various water sports. A car is recommended. Many thanks and we will come back :-)

Amazing, luxury apartment

This was a wonderful apartment in Puna’auia, about 10 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from the ferry dock and Papeete Market. The owner was responsive and helpful before and during our stay, and the apartment is gorgeous. It was extremely clean, had a luxury feel, a ton of space, and a beautiful balcony. It is in an extremely safe area with gated access (all of Tahiti felt safe to us, really), and we LOVED the food trucks at the little park at the bottom of the street. The park is within walking distance (or there’s a small parking lot if you want to drive) and we ate at least one meal a day there between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Poke Bar II was our favorite! The only thing I didn’t love was that you could hear traffic noise from the street below pretty much at all times - not like “New York city traffic,” but the sound of cars and motorcycles; and not from inside if the doors were closed, but when sitting on the balcony; so it wasn’t the most peaceful setting but we still enjoyed it. All in all this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything you need

Perfect spacious modern apartment with wonderful views close to everything you need. 10-15 min cab from airport. Short cab or bus to Papeete. Four of us stayed 3 nights before joining our cruise and 2 nights after, before flying home. Great location close to supermarket (Marina Supermarket a short walk away has an amazing range of fresh fish, sushi, sashimi, fruit and veg, pates, cheeses and baguettes as well as groceries and alcohol!), and the Parc Viapoopoo is a great place for ‘night market’ style dining with crepes, pizza, steak, salads, poke bowls on offer. Brice the Concierge was very helpful with cab bookings, car hire recommendations etc. The apartment is beautifully decorated with all you need to feel like you are at home. Highly recommend.

Spacious, modern, with fantastic view

We had a wonderful stay here for a few days prior to our cruise. Communication with both Eric and concierge Brice was excellent, and the apartment was spotless, modern, and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the detailed directions and videos to help find and enter our first time, along with their flexibility in getting us situated at a very early arrival time. This was an excellent place to start our Tahitian dream vacation!

Best Airbnb ever

This place was amazing. So modern and clean and Brice’s service was fantastic. Everyone was so responsive. It’s a beautiful place, definitely stay here but a car is recommended (easy as there is free parking)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Wohnung. Der Check-in hat hervorragend funktioniert, der Tipp mit den Food-Trucks war super, wir waren 3 Mal dort zum Essen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, die Marina ist ganz nah. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen.

100% recommend this apartment!

The apartment was excellent. It is extremely clean with all the amenities one would require. The communication before and during the stay was terrific. We arrived an hour later than expected and Brice, the concierge, still ensured that we were met (thanks Tama for your patience with our late arrival late in the evening) and shown around the apartment. The parking is secure and safe and the location is very good to do day trips from (a rental car is highly recommended) as well as pick up groceries for the stay. I believe the building is only 3 years old making everything brand new and in working order. The balcony has a great view of the water looking over at Moorea. The morning rush hour traffic is somewhat noisy and that is the only negative comment I would have. It's a must stay when in Tahiti. Total luxury!

Beautiful view and place to stay

This two bedroom is a great value, with a gorgeous view! Brice and Tama helped answer all of our questions. Fantastic food trucks located at the beach. Great pool too
