Includes microwave, toaster, blender, coffee grinder, and coffee maker. Stocked with dishes, pots and pans and other utensils. Additional "mini" fridge in bar area. Electric Weber grill. Shared front deck, Private rear deck. Entertainment: 50" Ultra HD Smart TV / DVD player on the main level. 36" HD flat screen TV / DVD in upper loft bedroom. Gas fireplace. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.
