The north-facing view from the balcony of the pool and Little Lagoon is spectacular. While you are here and if the timing is right you may get to see baby turtles hatching from their nests and journeying to the ocean! If you enjoy fishing, bring your gear for fishing on the Gulf and nearby Lagoon Pass.

You will love the spacious 1064 square feet to spread out and enjoy your stay. This is a freshly renovated condo with beautiful vinyl flooring and new furniture in the living room, along with a smart 50-inch TV as well as cable channels. Bring your Fire Stick or Roku device. A queen sofa sleeper adds more room for guests. There is a full-size washer/dryer set for your convenience. Wireless internet is provided in the unit.

This complex has 2 Olympic-size pools, a private boat launch, two fishing piers, and also a bbq grill gazebo area for your enjoyment. There is boat trailer parking, so bring your boats/jet skis/kayaks for maximum fun. You will also have assigned covered parking under the building. It's a great place to bring your family, friends, and pets and enjoy everything Gulf Shores has to offer.

Sea Oats is a short drive down West Beach Boulevard away from the hustle and bustle of the high rises and crowds but has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed and a large TV and a sliding door to the balcony. The newly renovated adjoining bath is spacious with a full walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV and also has access to the balcony. The second bathroom is directly across the hall and also has a full tub/shower for your family or friends. The second bathroom has also been recently renovated.

The kitchen has all the amenities you need, including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. You will feel like you are at home, and we know you will enjoy your stay here.

The condo comes furnished with bath towels, bed linens, and a selection of starter supplies. Please bring your own beach towels.

3-night minimum stay remaining months of year, Hangout Festival requires a 4-night stay.
Small dogs (no more than 2) under 25 lbs allowed with approval and pet fee - specify when booking. No exceptions to the weight limit.
Pet fee is $125 plus required lodging tax.
Local tax of 16% will be added to the rental amount, cleaning fee, and pet fee.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation prior to 30 days from check-in, 100% refund. Cancellation between 14-30 days from check-in, 50% refund minus booking fees. Cancellation within 14 days of check-in, NO refund.
