Sea Oats E202 sits at the back of the complex and has unobstructed views of Little Lagoon and some of the most beautiful sunsets that you'll ever see . . . right from your balcony. The complex is located 3.2 miles down West Beach Boulevard, where it's quiet and secluded. The Sea Oats complex sits on Little Lagoon and has deeded beach access right across the road. There's also a boat launch, plus a dock with a cleaning station if you're ready to catch your dinner! You'll love this updated 2 BR / 2 BA condo that sleeps 8, with a king bed in the master, two double beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit includes one dedicated parking spot and additional parking available on the premises.

Complex Amenities: Wi-Fi, 2 outdoor pools, kiddie pool, boat launch, pier and cleaning station, grilling and picnic area, dedicated beach access and assigned parking spot. This complex has no elevator.

The condo is pet friendly for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150, plus tax (dogs ONLY and 40 pound weight limit, per Sea Oats HOA rules).

Pros: great location with quick and easy access to the beach. I loved having access to the lagoon and the pier. Everyone was friendly and the place is very welcoming to pets. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were comfortable, and I loved that there were multiple fans in the closet for white noise. The views were spectacular. Cons: with it being end of season, the condo could use a deep clean, especially the rugs and furniture. It definitely smelled pet friendly, and I think previous pets have marked the rugs with urine. The grass was covered in burrs, which I did not realize until my dogs ended up limping and I noticed the sharp burrs were embedded in their paws and fur. I also stabbed myself on one when picking up poo. Hopefully the groundskeepers can be made aware and address whichever plant it is growing and producing the burrs, because they were literally everywhere in the grass.

Very Relaxing

Very clean and quiet condo overlooking the lagoon. My son and husband went fishing often right off of the dock. The beach was a 2-3 minute walk across the street. Perfect place if you want to be away from the crazy Spring breakers.

Over all stay was good. The stairs were a bit much. The biggest problem was the heating system couldn’t get the condo above 68degrees on cold days. Maint was called and she advised it was old unit and just can’t keep up. An upgrade in neededp

Needs Major Repairs

Smoke detectors beeping, shower drains slow, shower head was broken mattresses and couch old and worn out. dryer doesn't work. garbage disposal doesn't work and the dishwasher backs up dirty water into the kitchen sink and doesn't drain. the balcony boards seem aged and unstable.

Great place!

We had an enjoyable stay. Short walk to beach and balcony view of lagoon. Beautiful sunsets! Unit clean and comfortable. Only issues was no cookie sheet in kitchen to bake biscuits, etc. and no linens for sofa bed but easy fix to both. Have to say stairs were a challenge for older folks. Will definitely recommend and will come back again!

A piece of peace!

Loved it! Feels like I was at home. We have stayed at several condos here over the years. This one was the best! Clean, perfectly decorated, comfortable, peaceful. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Comfortable and well supplied kitchen

It was a very comfortable unit. It is four flights of steps to the unit, so if you have some issues with steps that might be a concern. The beds were very comfortable. Maybe it is normal in Gulf Shores for the internet and the wireless to go down daily? Access to the beach is great. Dog friendly . Thank you to the owner of property and Alabama VRBO.

Not for the elderly

Property was as advertised, and very nice. I just failed to realize it required negotiating 32 steps to access. Proved to be too much for 81 year olds.

The internet was a problem it kept going in and out. We would have to unplug the modem and reset it. I would get medicom to bring you a new modem. it was extremely hot

Tranquility

Tranquility is a word I would use to describe our stay. The view was great and the weather was wonderful. We had been experiencing 106 110 degree weather at home so it was a wonderful change.

Vacation on the Little lagoon

We enjoyed our stay in the condo on the Little Lagoon. It was a very nice condo. Beautiful sunset/sunrise views from the balcony. Please note there are four sets of stairs to get into the unit. We had a couple issues which one was addressed on the first day of our visit. The other was not resolved however we were compensated for the issue. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Pleasant stay on the lagoon

We really enjoyed staying at Sea Oats once the issue of having no air conditioning for 2 days was resolved. The condo was spacious and very nicely supplied. The location is wonderful. Check in and check out was easy. Our only issue being the A/C was completely out the first 2 days of our trip. These things happen, but my biggest gripe is the communication with the managing agency through it all. They did not call us back at all with updates about any of the ordeal. There were excessive heat warnings and the temperature inside got up to 88. Updates on progress would have helped, as well as having portable A/Cs handy in events such as these. Overall, we did have a nice time once this was fixed.

Property and condo were great! Beautifully decorated and plenty of room for everyone. Pool was nice, location to the beach was awesome and the kids had a blast. Condo was equipped with all we needed! The view of the lagoon off the balcony was nice to enjoy coffee and watch the boys fish in the mornings. The only problem we had was the room wasn’t ready until after 6pm and after a 12 hour drive, we were exhausted but the property managers and housekeeping were extremely nice and helpful! Would highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat!

Condo with a beautiful bay view

My husband and I loved our stay. The view was terrific! The condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Being a dog friendly place was super. Also a great place to fish and numerous grills for cookouts. The beach across the street was convenient and very nice. We're looking forward to going back!
