Las Sirenas beach villa is a relaxing and breezy two-story home with 24/7 security in a tranquil gated community with luscious green areas perfect for leisurely walks and bike rides. It boasts ample recreational facilities that include a gazebo, basketball court, volleyball area, full children’s playground, a gate for beach access and a pool.

Amenities: The house is fully furnished and equipped in addition to having: A/C in both bedrooms and in the living room, 8 ceiling fans throughout the property. If you open all the windows you'll have great cross ventilation because of the corner location. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove-top oven, conventional oven, microwave, coffee makers, tea kettle, and all sorts of kitchen utensils. We provide Clorox bleach, Soft Scrub and other disinfectants for client use and safety. There is a washer/dryer, WiFi Internet, Cable TV, board games, a few paperbacks, beach chairs, kid's toys for the beach, cooler, lounge hammocks and more.

The location is great. Get ready to sink your toes into soft sands. It has a private gated access to Luquillo beach with an ample parking area and outdoor showers. In addition, you’re 2 minutes away from Luquillo Monserrate Beach, one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico. Want variety? Head to Seven Seas beach in Fajardo.. Food, souvenirs? The Kioskos de Luquillo (Luquillo Kiosks: 61 food, bar, and art businesses next to each other) are just a two minute drive from the villa. Golf? You're 10 minutes from the Westin Rio Mar Hotel and Golf Club. Shopping? It is a 5-minute drive to the Fajardo Mall and movie theaters. In the other direction you can find the Canovanas Outlet Stores. Within walking distance, there are many restaurants and foodtrucks, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and other specialty stores and businesses., even a live jazz club in town.

The beach villa is only 15 minutes away from the world-famous El Yunque Rainforest and Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve and Lighthouse (which is home to one of the world's last remaining bioluminescent bays). Some of the nearby activities include surfing and windsurfing at nearby La Pared or La Selva, and spectacular snorkeling and scuba diving. It is a 30-minute drive to Ceiba to the ferries and airport that provide transportation to the offshore islands of Culebra and Vieques. (By the way, ask us about the two beautiful apartments we own and rent in Culebra). Carabali Rain Forest Park is a mere 8 minutes away where you can enjoy horseback riding, four track guided tours, go karts and a restaurant.

The L-shaped terrace is spacious, cozy and private as it sits in a corner and overlooks a patio with shady fruit trees. Best place for the morning coffee, drinks and a relaxing BBQ! There is an outdoor shower for after the beach or pool (in addition to the ones in the parking area near the beach). The villa has an an ample parking area that easily fits 3 cars.

Comfortable home and great location

We used this as a home base for our stay in Puerto Rico. The location was convenient for day trips around the island and a short walk from a relaxing beach area. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

My family and I had a great time here. The home and community were ideal for our 3 week stay. Zoraida was quick to communicate with us regarding any issues and addressed them right away. During an unfortunate blackout in the area, she was very proactive in making sure that we were comfortable. We hope to return again in the near future.

Family Beach trip

Las Sirenas was a great home base to explore Puerto Rico. Close to the rainforest, San Juan, the beach, and local convenience. Easy check in and out, responsive and helpful communication from the home owner made out stay great.

Wonderful stay, great location, in Luquillo

This house was very well equipped and only steps from beautiful beaches. The outdoor terrace with hammock and swing were a favorite of ours. The location is perfect and close to so many activities. This home is a must if you are considering Luquillo and surroundings.

The house was lovely and porch is amazing!! Nice gated community and the pool was very nice. Location was excellent close to so many things we planned. Host is very prompt with any questions you may have. Well stocked all around from toiletries to cookware. Didn’t want to leave. One of the Best stays I’ve ever had!!

I rented this beautiful property for my husband and son for a week long vacation. The house is a beautiful Puerto Rican home. Going inside felt very nostalgic of my childhood. Each room had their own AC, the outside porch had two great fans and we spent each night outside talking and enjoying the evening. Gustavo was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Wonderful Stay for Families

We had a great 5 nights! The home is cozy and in a peaceful neighborhood right by several beaches. The outdoor space really made it special. We were visited daily by a hen and her 11 chicks. If we stay in Luquillo again, this is the spot :)

Winter school break

Comfortable home for family travel in gated community. Conveniently located with walking distance of pool and beach. Easy drive to Luquillo kioskos for food (less than 5 mins), restaurants and El Yunque rainforest trails (less than 20 mins), and Fajardo bioluminescence bay night kayaking (about 30 mins). The outdoor shaded patio was added bonus and is where we shared desayuno and coffee with the occasional iguana and hummingbird passing through.

Great spot!

This was such a great rental house for our family! It was in a very secure neighborhood with a pool and a short walk to the main beach in Luquillo. The layout was as advertised and was plenty of room for our family of 4. The managers were helpful when we were not sure what to do with the alarm and emailed them. The location is very central for many activities in the northeast corner of Puerto Rico. A really good choice!

Pros: excellent location, 10’ to the Kiosks and Luquilllo beach, 30’ to the El Yunque , Gate with guards in the community, very nice and quiet neighborhood, Owner responded quickly to issues with the house. Amazing and peaceful

I had the best time in this property, between the quietness and how peaceful it was. Location was awesome, love that it was a gated community and that have easy access to the beach. The owner responded to all my questions. Also the detail to items needed, like having off and sunscreen available. I recommend this place 200%. I will for sure stay here again with my family. Also great patio with a hammock! 🥰

Great stay in PR

Our family stayed here for several days and had a great time. The beach is walking distance, about 10min, with private access from the neighborhood itself. The water was perfect at this beach for swimming with kids. There are also many food kiosks not too far which had great choices as well as many restaurants and a large grocery store. The property itself was nice, had a great veranda with a hammock and table to eat meals or relax. The 2 rooms upstairs were good size and there is one bath inside the home and one bath outside connected to the veranda which we used to clean up after beach trips. The location made it easy to access the jungle, fairly close (30min) to ferry to Culebra or Vieques islands (we did Vieques and was fantastic).

Las Sirenas perfect for family

We spent the July 4th week here and found it just about perfect for our trip. The home and community were just as others described. More importantly, Gus and his parents were fantastically helpful. I found myself in immediate need of access to a fax machine nearby Luquillo. Gus got right onto his computer and within minutes found a store nearby that could help out. He was just great. I fully recommend the home, the community, the city and the area. Las Sirenas is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and a great location to explore Puerto Rico.

Fantastic Location

My family of 6-myself and my wife and our four boys aged 11, 13, 17, and 20 enjoyed our stay here immensely and the property and location were perfect for our stay. To start off, I failed to pay attention to my early flight arrival times until righ the location was a private and quiet gated community with well manicured grounds, all of the houses were well kept and very cozy looking. My family enjoyed the grounds throughout our stay by playing some basketball, volleyball and especially swimming at the pool just about every day (the tennis courts were currently being resurfaced which is promising for future visits). The neighborhood had a gate that led to a more quiet beach behind the property and had rinsing stations for when you returned. Our home itself had a rinsing station as well as a full bathroom right off of the patio that allowed us to clean up fully before going into the main house. The home itself was comfortable and suited our families needs well. We did have a slight issue with our refrigerator and when I contacted Zoraida she was very quick in getting someone out to service it.

Perfect Place to stay

We had such a great time at this house for 9 days. Short walk to the beach and if you continue walking on the beach toward kiosks you will experience some of the best beach views and wildlife. We went snorkeling very near the gate access because there is a calm area protected by reefs. Lots of current, but Tons of fish! It was better than 7 seas 10 fold. And if you walk toward kiosks you will see an area with these pools that are great for kids but also filled with wildlife. We saw colorful crabs, tropical fish, barracudas... Pelicans flying overhead, egrets that you can get very close to. It was a photographers dream. Kiosks were great for food but also Coffee Therapy in Luquillo, and La fonda gourmet. Short drive to rainforest trails, towers and falls. We have 2 kids (one year old and 3 year old) and they loved it. The house also had lots of things you would never bring on a plane like sand toys, beach chairs, etc.... The Gated security was never a problem. The neighborhood was very quiet the entire time we stayed.

Great location

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here. It's a perfect location for visiting El Yunque, Carabali, taking a ferry out of Ceiba, and has a beautiful and calm beach. The neighborhood is gated. When you check in at the front gate they try and get you to pay for parking, but just tell them it's included with your stay and they will give you a pass. The house was clean, although the cleaning lady was a little late finishing up the day we checked in, she was very nice and it wasn't a big deal. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything you need. It's nice having a grocery store just a few minutes away as we ate breakfast at the house and made lunches almost every day. We had an issue with one of the air conditioners messing up one morning. Zoraida was excellent with communication and was able to get the unit fixed the same day! The outdoor patio was nice to hang out on and relax. Only negatives for us was having one bathroom off the back patio (inconvenient), kitchen not very bright, and house could use a little updating (a/c unit in secondary bedroom, door knob on front door). Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay!

Great Location in Luquillo.

Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Solimar. One of the best features of Solimar is the outside patio which doubles the living space. The Solimar location is close to the Kioscos and the Balneario, with its super calm and warm water, and makes this property a good choice. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when we had any questions. There was a $25 fee for parking and entrance to the development, but the security of a 24-hour gate attendant to the community was well worth it. We would definitely choose this place again for our next trip to PR.

We are a family of six from San Juan, Puerto Rico who has always enjoyed the beautiful beaches of the Northeast coast of Puerto Rico and the relaxed atmosphere of Luquillo. We have other properties throughout the island so between them, work and the many activities/responsibilities that arise, we don't visit Las Sirenas as frequently as before and that's why we decided to rent.
We want our guests to have a home-away-from-home experience, to really relax and enjoy the villa as much as we do, to use it as a base to explore and get to know and love Puerto Rico.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

First of al location, location, location! Luquillo is a great place to vacation with many interesting and fun things to do nearby and yet, you're not that faraway from the metro area. We vacationed in this region often and, in particular, this complex (Solimar) for many years. Each street is a dead-end street with ample parking areas in the center which results in a tranquil, spacious area ideal for bike riding, outdoor games, etc. There is a gate which provides access to the beach. There are lots of lush, green areas and it is very peaceful there. Outside the complex and very close by you have everything you might need: restaurants, fast food, stores, banks, drug stores, churches and more. We decided to buy because every time we went there we wanted to spend more time and to continue to enjoy it. It was a wonderful decision!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

If I had to pick just two things, I would say: peaceful corner with great terrace and well equipped kitchen.

Our home is extremely breezy and tranquil year round! It sits on a corner lot with no neighbors in the back which adds to privacy and coziness in the terrace. The hammock is great for reading, siesta time or just relaxing. We had ample green space in our patio and decided to create a luscious garden with trees including: mango, loquat (níspero), guava and other plants and flowers. Whenever you are there it feels like you are in a retreat and want to stay indefinitely.
