Sky (Sky Sun Villas)

Sky Villa is the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery offered by the Yunque Mountains, the Rain Forest, and on the other hand the sea. Here you can breathe fresh air, it is tranquil, relaxing place, for family, couples, friends and overall a safe place (Gated Community) . We are located in a central area were you can go to variety of beaches, rivers, rainforest, malls, pharmacies, restaurants that are no less than 5-20minutes away. Check our to do list guidebook.

POOL AND PATIO ARE SHARED AREAS.

Welcome to your get away! Once you enter your Villa you’ll notice that we want you to have a great time! Your villa has one Queen bed and one full futon bed to fit 4 guests along with coffee maker, refrigerator, full kitchen, push in kitchen cabinets, luxurious bathroom, Tv with Netflix, Disney+ and other channels.

Open those sliding doors and enjoy the view of our beautiful Island 🏝. Choose from getting in the pool, relaxing in our reclinables chairs getting a nice tan, or just having a BBQ with the family.

Our patio offers a lot of sitting areas and dining tables to enjoy your food outside plus really good scenarios to take some amazing pictures!

If there is no electricity or water, don’t worry we got your back! We have a generator and a water tank in case of any emergency.

¡Bienvenido a tu escapada! ¡Una vez que ingrese a su Villa, notará que queremos que la pase muy bien! Su villa tiene una cama Queen y un futon full para 4 huéspedes junto con cafetera, refrigerador, cocina completa, gabinetes de cocina empotrados, baño lujoso, TV con Netflix, y otros canales.

Abre esas puertas corredizas y disfruta de la vista de nuestra hermosa Isla 🏝. Elija entre meterse en la piscina, relajarse en nuestras sillas reclinables para broncearse o simplemente disfrutar de una parrillada con la familia.

Nuestro patio ofrece muchas áreas para sentarse y mesas de comedor para disfrutar de su comida al aire libre, ¡además de escenarios realmente buenos para tomar algunas fotos increíbles.

Si no hay electricidad o agua, no se preocupe, ¡lo respaldamos! Tenemos un generador y un tanque de agua en caso de cualquier emergencia.

Really important to know that this Villa has shared spaces since we have 2 more villas. That being said your shared spaces will be the pool and patio. If you’re interested in having a BBQ 🍖 we have a Grill, but there is a fee of $55.00.

Welcome to your Villa, we are very excited to have you as our guests

I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

*No loud noise or pool after 11 pm
*No food or drinks on bed
*No parties or events
*No smoking in the facilities, place assigned the Flamboyanes
*No alcoholic drinks in Villa or Patio
*No pets
*Turn of air conditioner when leaving villa
*The facilities are exclusively for guests.

*If you wish to use Grill there is a charge of fee of $55.00.

• Basic Swimming Pool Rules for Every Guest to Follow:

• No running. It’s way too easy for kids and adults alike to slip and injure themselves.
• No diving. Diving can be dangerous. It can endanger other swimmers, and it could cause serious harm to the diver. The pool is shallower.
• Supervise kids. Young children (under 17) should always be monitored by an adult.
• Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers.
• No more than # 10 swimmers at a time.
• No glass bottles.
*Before using the pool must be washed with water house in the back of the patio. You should not enter the pool with sand and beach water. Wearing a bathing suit, clothing other than pool and beach wear damages it over time. (We are not responsible for damaged cloth.
• Strict use of guests

* There is other guests in other two villas, make sure to maintain shared areas like pool and patio clean. Example: If I was eating pizza near pool, please throw away carton box of the pizza.

* Beach towels must be brought back if taken, if beach towel is lost there will be a fine of $20.00

* If the red Umbrella is opened for the pool please close once finishing using due to the wind. If umbrella is broken there will be a fine of $250.00

* If you smoke inside room there will be a $250.00 fine, there is a assigned smoking area in between gray gate and flamboyant
tree.

* No Alcoholic drinks in Villas or in common areas. If we find any evidence of Alcoholic drinks in Villas or in common areas there will be a fine of $250.00

*Before using the pool there is a hose to remove the sand in the backyard of Villa. You should not enter the pool with sand and beach water. The use of bathing suits is essential, clothes that are not from the pool and beach, it damages it over time. (We don't take care if you damage clothes.
• Strict use of guests/ no guests allowed unless they are guests.

* There are other guests in two other villas, be sure to keep shared areas such as the pool and patio clean. Example: If you were eating pizza near the pool, throw the cardboard box out of the pizza.

* Beach towels must be returned if taken, if beach towel is lost there will be a $20.00 fine

* If the red umbrella is open for the pool, close the umbrella once you have finished using it due to the wind. If the umbrella breaks there will be a fine of $250.00

* If you smoke inside the room, there will be a fine of $300.00, there is an assigned smoking area between the gray gate and the flamboyan tree.
