Stunning beach view, heated pool, perfect house for comfort and relaxation

Your stay here will be comfortable, private, quiet and relaxing. There is a huge terrace with outdoor loungers and dining table, perfect for gazing out over the pool and beach or relaxing reading in the sun or in the shade. There is a separate garden, and outside kitchen area to the rear of the property with sink, BBQ/firepit, cushioned Canarian seating and tables and chairs.
The pool is completely private and sheltered, and fully heated to minimum 27c throughout the year. It is fully gated.
Fibre optic broadband and wifi, throughout the property and outside areas, gives fast, reliable connectivity offering the potential for work if necessary. There is a smart tv with internet box with all major European channels, and streaming services.
The sandy, lifeguarded beach is a comfortable 5 -10 minute walk and never crowded because of its size. It is always possible to find a place to sit, with space around, and ideal for children who can wander safely, make castles in the sand and play ball/frisbee etc. There are shells to collect and sometimes drift wood too.
The smart local restaurant (https://restaurantedunasdefamara.com) serving tasty and varied meals and surf school (https://lanzasurf.com) offering high quality surf lessons and equipment hire, yoga, skateboard and horse riding are both within short walking distance (approx 250m). A 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk along the beach takes you to the sleepy caleta where there are 3 small supermarkets and more restaurants. Our favourites here are El Risco and La Mar.
Our Famara house offers a perfect holiday for walking, surfing, cycling or just relaxing on the beach or by the pool.
The property consists of a large and newly fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen/dining room with wide-ranging views overlooking the pool and beach.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a beautiful oasis outside hot and cold shower.
There are 2 further bedrooms, a double and a twin, and recently fitted second bathroom with monsoon shower. There is ample storage and wardrobe space in each of the bedrooms and throughout the property.
The property and garden are large enough to offer the potential for people to find a quiet place on their own.
The large lounge with comfortable seating for 6 people, has full width, sliding doors to terrace and unimpeded views over the entire beach and across to the caleta in one direction, La Graciosa the other way.
Outside is a large, peaceful, well kept and private garden to the front, sides and rear of the property.
The terrace is perfect for night sky viewing, catching sight of birds of prey, lovely little Canadian birds such as pipits and hoopoes and watching the sea and sunsets over the beach. The peace and relaxation are exquisite - all you can hear are the waves on the beach.
There are lots of lovely walks, short and long, straight out of the house. Try the track above the beach, with views across to La Graciosa and down to the beautiful and wild Famara beach, or take a longer hike up to Morro Alto and in to Teguise town for lunch at one of the fantastic restaurants there.
You can drive the short distance across the Parque Nacional to Soo and on to La Santa to watch the waves and surfers; you might even be lucky enough to catch sight of a bustard strutting across the tundra.
