Located in the closest to the area of ​​Los Mojones, the highest standard of Puerto del Carmen, we proudly present your villa La Retreat, a completely rebuilt villa available from the end of July 2015 (recently renewed july 2017).


This very special villa is placed in the lowest part of Los Mojones area, 1/4 mile away from a big supermarket, 5 minute walk to pubs, restaurants and shopping mall, 7 min walk to the old town and the port, and 10 minute away from the beach in a cul-de-sac, surrounded by villas, what gives it a unique combo; a very quiet environment ideal for a relaxing stay, but very close to amenities and services.
La Retreat is a completely independent and private 145m² (1560ft²) villa with high volcanic walls, on 800m² (8611ft²) plot, and has a private parking for 2 cars.

The exterior has a private 7m x 3m (24ft x 11ft) heated swimming pool (heated november-april, outside this period, at 100 euro fee charged), beautiful gardens with grown trees, a built barbaque with its own eating area under a pepper tree, and an outside dinning area and a chilling area, under the pergola in the front of the villa. It also features a pool table and a separate ouside area with a ping pong table.

Inside, a living room open to the garden, a full equiped kitchen, 3 air conditioned bedrooms with their own private en-suite bathroom and an extra bathroom.

The living room, comprising the front of the villa facing the pool, a lot of light, a dinning area for 6 people open to the outside, a flat screen fullHD smartTV 50 "TV with full SkyTV UK including sports, movies and entertainment, a CD / mp3 / radio player and many books in english.
The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, vitro, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, water boiler and of course, cutlery, knife set, pans ...
The main bedroom has a king size double bed, air conditioner, and has an en-suite full bathroom with bathtube and hair drier.
Each of the other twin bedrooms has 2 single beds, air conditioner, and their own en-suite full bathroom with shower. One of them also has a bidet.
There is an extra bathroom of any bedroom.
The house has a built-in safebox available for free.
Free WIFI is available in the property.

All prices include 4 guests acomodation.
There is an extra fee per person per night, up to 6 total guests (children 0-2 not included).
Children 0-2 have a fix of 70 euros per week. Eating chair and cot provided for free.

Check in time is 16. 00 / check out time is 10. 00

On stays 5 days or shorter, 100 euro cleanning fee on top of the rate.

Payment by card has a fee of 5%, that will be updated, when card payment is selected
