Our home is best suited for responsible adult travelers, couples, families, and seasonal guests seeking a peaceful Palm Springs stay.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood and not suitable for parties, events, or loud gatherings.

With its modern decor, Antonio’s has a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for a vacation getaway. Bright and airy home with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom for each bedroom, a heated pool to relax in or out of the sun, and enjoy an evening BBQ or play some friendly games like foosball, cards, etc. Twenty plus Pickle-ball courts are available at the neighborhood park, only a 10-minute walk away.

Bring along your 4-legged family members (We only accept dogs currently.), and enjoy time at the Dog park, which is a quick 10-minute walk from home.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, its ensuite, and direct access to the pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its ensuite. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The backyard has a covered patio, the pool area is complete with a dining area, chaise lounges, an umbrella, and a BBQ grill. You will have exclusive use of the property during your stay. Enjoy some amenities of a hotel and the comforts and privacy of a home.

The Palm Springs Special Compliance Program Guest & Booking Requirements
• Primary (responsible) renter must be 25 years of age or older
• Government-issued photo ID required as part of virtual check-in
• Virtual check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before arrival
• Primary renter must sign the rental agreement at least 48 hours before arrival
• All guests 18 years and older must sign the Rules & Regulations document at least 48 hours before arrival
• Full names and ages of all overnight guests over the age of 18 are required
• License plate numbers for all vehicles must be provided before arrival, or after arrival for rental cars
• Contactless Check-In requires at least a video chat 24 hours before arrival
• All guests, 18 years of age and older, must read the Good Neighbor Brochure and sign the Rules and Regulations document before arrival

It's a dated home, but worked out fine.

The house was fine and as described. No supplies, butter, coffee, spices, shampoo, soap etc. It was quiet and worked out ok. I felt like the owner/manager waited until the term for a refund had passed and then required signatures on new contracts and documents to gain entry. I sincerely doubt it was legal or enforceable. After the date that I was eligible for a refund had gone by, we were made aware of and had to sign a city agreement, which was not disclosed. We also had to sign a new previously undisclosed contract that included, on the spot, no questions asked, evictions, and his ability to have real estate for sale showings whenever they wish, plus various undisclosed rules and terms. I had no choice but to sign it.

Peaceful Thanksgiving stay

The owner Darryl was receptive and prompt during all phases of the reservation, check-in, and stay. He kindly sent me unsolicited photos of the dining tables when I had questions about Thanksgiving seating. He promptly and effectively responded when the hot tub was not working and a toilet began to leak. Check-in annoyances were solely the result of the Palm Springs vacation rental rules, and there are a lot of them! There was no charge for the pets we brought - quite a welcome savings. The property was much as it was described and pictured in the listing, and suited our needs for the most part. Towels and sheets were plush and clean. At least one of the tubs and one of the toilet seats should probably be replaced/refaced as discolored. The kitchen was adequately stocked, and all the appliances we used worked. The refrigerator was empty and clean when we arrived. There were, though, unneeded supplies and clutter in every drawer and cupboard, and the counters were mostly full of many small appliances, which made it hard to store the food and items I had brought for our Thanksgiving dinner and four-night stay. Perhaps the cupboards and drawers could be better organized to free up some space for renters and so some of the counter appliances could be stored off the counter? Outdoors, the pool and hot tub were clean, and the pool was well-heated. There was ample comfortable outdoor furniture, although at least one of the umbrellas was broken. A good value and no red flags!

Amazing place to stay in Palm Springs

The house is exactly as pictured on the listing. Very clean and comfortable, it was an amazing place for me, my husband and my friends to stay for Coachella. House was a quiet retreat, so we could rest and recharge during the day by the pool, enjoy the sunny days and get ready for the concerts. House is a close driving distance from the city center and is located in the middle of 2 park and ride locations for Coachella. There are a lot of rules to be followed to stay in this house, as required for the city of Palm Springs. You will need to follow those rules on any vacation rental of the city. So, if you or your group are not good at following rules (especially related to noise), I recommend looking for other cities. Otherwise, this is an amazing plan to stay. Darryl was extremely kind and answered super fast to all of my questions. It was amazing going though the check-in process with him. We loved the house so much that my friends and I are also planning to return for a long weekend!

Great Location

The property is located close to downtown and the airport. My teenage granddaughters enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the sun in the pool area. We will come back!

Annual Mother/daughter weekend!!

Such a great location!! The pool and hot tub a bonus!! My girlfriend lives in Palm Springs so we were able to go to a nice dinner at her clubhouse and go to their local fair and 5 min to the airport! Great weekend!!

Quiet getaway

This was a relaxing place to get away. The neighborhood has many rules and restrictions to outside sound. We had no problem being quiet but you will want to consider it when booking. The furniture was not super comfortable for our taste, but we came for the pool and that was great.

Peaceful and relaxing

We had a great stay in this wonderful home. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa and the filtered alkaline water. Darryl was always available right away for any questions. It was just the relaxing, stress-free time we needed.

The process to secure this stay was more extensive then any other visit regardless of price. We purchased insurance, doc-u sign for the for register I understand but additional for each guest… THEN facetime, that was a first, not even the beach front property stay required facetime. The process the owner made us go through to make sure he was cover was NOT mirrored in guest experience. It was quite embarrassing hosting friends, making them signs and then stay in what appeared to be a Phat boys side gig. I won’t give the laundry list of missed details. The check out day people were walking by with shopping carts surveying the area and on bikes as we were packing our cars outside. Garage was unavailable, this should be changed. This is a hard pass unless a lot of changes are made moving forward but bad first impressions are hard to overcome.

Amazing!!

Darryl was the most gracious host! He was very thorough in explaining the details of checking in and out as well as checking in with us as the trip went on. The house was roomy & had everything we needed to be *very* comfortable. The pool & jacuzzi were so great & the bushes around the pool were great for privacy & pictures 🥰. Overall had an amazing time here!

Excellent location, minutes from airport, Downtown, Ramon Ave stores, Cathedral City, DeMuth Park

Darryl and Richard were very responsive to any questions, needs and requests. Pool is a nice size, outdoor experience was very nice.

Comfortable Stay

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with pool and hot tub is a Palm Springs mini-resort. Our group of 6 friends and family had a comfortable stay where we all had enough space and enjoyed our time together. The neighborhood is walkable and close to shopping. Though near the airport the volume of air traffic was surprisingly quiet. The owner communicated with us well and followed up on any concerns we had. I would return again if I visited Palm Springs.

Excellent getaway

Antonio's was a delightful escape for my husband and me over Thanksgiving. The property is beautiful yet comfortable and welcoming, located in a friendly up-and-coming residential neighborhood. There's even a neighbor cat that makes an appearance! I would recommend this spot for a family or group...the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and gorgeous. Darryl was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We had a pool heating issue, but he made everything easy so our visit was care-free. Highly recommend!

Quiet, Pet-Friendly Getaway

My wife, our two small dogs, and I enjoyed our stay at Antonio’s. The house was very clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood a short drive away from downtown. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency, but we would gladly come back in the future.

Also, I love to bring people together, so I like meeting new people and celebrating and renewing friendships.

This property is peaceful and quiet. It is very spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The pool is inviting and big enough and heated. The spa hot tub is a therapeutic blessing. Privacy in the backyard allows you to relax and unwind, and enjoy the tranquility of your desert surroundings with mountain views. Antonio's is not a party house.

The peace and quiet in the house create lasting tranquility in the home, and it carries out into the backyard, which made me fall in love with this home. The welcoming view from walking through the front door with the open floor plan greeting you to the inviting view of the swimming pool is simply breathtaking. Watching sunsets over the mountains in the backyard or in the spa hot tub makes you feel that you have arrived.
