Beautiful Waterfront Cottage on Lake Massasecum

Situated on the East Shore of Lake Massasecum, our property offers gorgeous views and stunning sunsets from our private sandy beach, dock, decks, and large screened porch. Enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear water, canoeing or kayaking around the lake, sailing, fishing, and being lulled to sleep by the sounds of loons and owls. We have witnessed successful loon matings on the lake and have been fortunate to observe successful eagle matings for several summers.

Lake Massasecum is located in Bradford, NH, about an hour and twenty minutes from Boston. If you choose to venture away from the lake, you might enjoy hiking at nearby Pat’s Peak, a yoga class atop Mt. Sunapee, or flying over the treetops on a zipline tour.

Like the other four cottages in our small, special cove, this cottage has been in our family for generations. If you're looking for busy nightlife and wild parties, this is not the place for you. However, if you want to disconnect and create lifelong memories with loved ones, this is your spot!

The terrain is uneven and rocky, and there are steps down to the beach, making it unsuitable for individuals challenged by uneven terrain. The first floor features a full, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a comfortable living area with a sofa and chairs, a large screened porch with a picnic table and rocking chairs, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a slider opening to a deck. The deck connects to the screened porch and leads to a beautiful private outdoor shower with a rain head. The second floor contains two bedrooms and a half bath.

Linens are provided, but please bring your own bath and beach towels. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
