The living area in this unit boasts cathedral ceilings, open floor plan new leather reclining couch and love seat and an inviting gas log fireplace . Flat screen TVs in living room, 1st floor and master bedroom with cable. Deck with relaxing mountain views and gas grill. Queen in upper level master bedroom with full bath. Queen bed in first floor bedroom with full bath that is shared as main first floor bath, bunk bed in other 2nd floor bedroom with it’s own full bath (2 twin beds total in this room). A fully-equipped kitchen. Dining room with mountain views, washer/dryer in unit on 1st floor. Wifi and cell service. Mini Split Air Conditioning unit on each level (master bedroom and family room). Situated in the White Mountains, minutes from Loon and Cannon Mountains. This well-maintained resort features a clubhouse with an indoor pool , sauna, jacuzzi, exercise room, racquetball courts, pool table, ping-pong and arcade room. Also, a private 5-acre lake with beach for swimming, catc, Tennis/pickleball courts and basketball hoops, Nature trail around lake, playground, and stunning views of the White Mountains. In winter there is an on-site free outdoor skating rink.

Summer enjoy amazing hiking for all abilities including 4000 footers, the Flume Gorge, the Basin, Indian Head and several others! Or go zip-lining down the road! Also Loon offers mountain biking trails, a climbing Wall, and a scenic gondola. Enjoy Cannon, Brettonwoods and Waterville Valley all within 30 minutes away! Have fun snowshoeing, cross country skiing or go ice skating! And if that's not enough- make sure you enjoy all the NH Attractions nearby including Santa's Village, Storyland, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Granite State Railroad, Lost River Gorge and Boulder Caves, Jean’s Playhouse, Snow mobile/ATV/Bike/Kayak/Canoe rentals and many more!
