Welcome to The Lake's End. Located on an acre of lakefront property in the White Mountains, this property is sure to be any outdoor enthusiast's dream come true. Enjoy swimming and fishing largemouth bass just steps from your door. The cabin is also just minutes from some of New Hampshire's premier hiking locations including Franconia Ridge. In the winter, the property also has good proximity to some of New Hampshire and Vermont's top ski mountains.

This house is located off the Kancamagus Highway, home the best leaf-peeping drive in New Hampshire!

Snowmobilers - connect to Rt 105 that runs just above the property and hook into New Hampshire's state-wide snowmobile trail system.

This lakefront property is also located in The Mountain Lakes Recreational Community, which gives you access to a playground, basketball court, tennis courts, and baseball field.

At the end of a day of adventuring you can return to the cabin which features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeping accommodations for 10 (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 "full size" bunk bed, 1 full bed, as well as a pull-out couch, if needed), air conditioning, cable TV, long-distance phone service, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and a gas grill hooked up to the house's propane (so you will never run out!).

The house also features a whole-house backup generator so you are guaranteed to never be without power, heat, or air conditioning.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at The Lake's End from Christmas to New Years!We had snow almost every day. The lake was frozen over with thick ice so we got to go out and play. One of the neighbors shoveled a section to go skating with his kids.The property is great and nicely situated at the corner of the lake for privacy and easy access.The house was comfortable and with everything we needed.Alex was a great host with clear instructions and a quick call to help us get situated before we arrived.Thanks for sharing your place with our family!

Spectacular place! Very authentic log cabin that has everything you need ( if you donā€™t : Walmart is 7 min away). Right on the lake, private pier, canoe. Great fireplace. Strong internet and lots of our logged in streaming services. Panoramic view of the lake and mountains. The only issue is weak grill. It looks giant and solid but doesnā€™t really produce heatā€¦ good for veggies only, cooked them on a high heat 40 min. Host is very responsive too .

We had a really nice stay here in NH. The host communicated with us on things to be aware before we arrived and was very kind. The property was beautiful, sadly it was too cold to fully enjoy the water but I loved that there was a canoe available for use. Kitchen was spacious and having a grill was very nice. The views were great! Since it was chilly, it was nice they had space heaters/fans in the rooms downstairs if needed. Everything matched the pics in person and were even more stunning. The fireplace inside was so nice and remember to bring your own firewood if you plan to have a fire. There was a convenience store just down the street who sold wood.

Great stay! Beautiful location close to where we needed to be for the wedding we were attending. Alex was a great host and provided all of the information we needed to have a great stay for our family. I would highly recommend this property! The views were beautiful on the lake behind the house too! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Built up dust on ceiling fans, dropping dust when rotating; oven was very dirty with old burnt food (host was sent pictures); a lot of expired food items in fridge from prior renters; noticeable dust under stairs. Not bad generally, just needed a thorough cleaning. We still enjoyed our stay.

We were three couples and three grandchildren (ages 5, 1, and 1). Our stay at Alexā€™s house on the lake was absolutely wonderful! The house was as described, so there were no surprises. The kitchen had everything we needed in cooking utensils, pans, dishes, etc. There were ample bath towels and bedding as well.We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed the open space (though it was necessary to keep a sharp eye on the toddlers near the stairs). We all loved the peaceful setting on the lake, the private dock where my grandson caught his first fish, and the easy access and very short distance to the recreational area at the other end of the lake by canoe and/or car. Walking naturally took a little longer with a bit of a steep return taxing my grandmother legs just a wee bit.We all enjoyed many excursions in the area and beyond! There was never not enough to do and enjoy.The stay was also made pleasant by Alexā€™s quick responses to questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lakeā€™s End! Alex made check-in a breeze. The house was extremely clean and spacious, very comfortable for relaxing with the family. We especially loved the chefā€™s style kitchen with plenty of well stocked items for cooking. Enjoyed using the canoe on the lake and swimming at the resident beach. The views were spectacular and location was perfect for paddle boarding and fishing off the dock.

Gorgeous cabin with amazing views

We've stayed in several cabins in the Mt Lakes District and this was by far the most comfortable cabin of them all. The kitchen was well-equipped, the central AC was very much needed for the few hot July days we had and the view was incredible. This is such a well-cared for home and we truly didn't want to leave. Don't hesitate to book this one as I can see this filling up fast! Thank you, Alex!!!

The House and the Host are Amazing!

The Lake's End is so beautiful inside and out! The space is comfortable for a full family to stay in, with plenty of space to come together or spread out. The view is amazing and the activities available on the lake are so nice to be able to take advantage of. The whole atmosphere was very calming.The host was very helpful and accommodating. I had made a mistake in the booking and he patiently worked through it with me and VRBO reps until we got it solved. When a repair was needed, he jumped on solving it quickly. And he made the whole experience even more personal by calling ahead of the stay to make sure we were all set.Overall, this stay fit our needs perfectly! We all appreciated getting to enjoy this wonderful space!
