It has a very large private and shaded terrace (blinds) of 30 m2 (the largest in the Residence) with a real (American) kitchen, not overlooked and lined with greenery and coconut trees in a quiet location overlooking the marina and the sea (harbor entrance).

Pointe du Bout is one of the main tourist resorts on the island. Its central position facing the bay of Fort de France and the many possibilities of hiring a vehicle on site (parking in the residence), allow visits and trips across the entire island in one day. Excursions are also offered from the hotel.

You can enjoy within the Residence (a few tens of meters from the studio), the two swimming pools with children's pools - one of which with a waterfall, the private beach equipped with deckchairs and parasols, sports facilities (mini-football fields, basketball , volleyball, pétanque, ...), the small library, as well as other activities offered in the complex (table tennis, table football, ... loan of fins and snorkel masks, kayaks) and daytime and daytime entertainment evening.
