42 Palms is beautiful beach home and only two short blocks from the private deeded beach access.

This four bedroom home has been newly renovated and has it all! Boat wall tie up slips, one 50' and one 20'. Hot tub, private pool, pool table, foos ball and is luxury furnished.

Come and stay at the beach with us at 42 Palms. Sit outside on one of the many decks. Listen to the gulf and feel the salt in the air. You won't be disapointed. 42 Palms is ready for you and your family to enjoy the ultimate Destin vacation.

The home is pet friendly subject to a 25 pound maximum. Outdoor smoking only. Please remember to check our calendar before requesting a reservation.

Great location. Lots to do.

The house was a great fit for our family. We vacationed with grandparents and aunt& uncle. There was an issue with the cleanliness of the hot tub but Tom came over promptly and got it remedied. Overall nice stay.

42 west palms-Does have it all!

I went with my daughter,son in-law,and two grandchildren. This property is FABULOUS! A very secure area. A very well maintained home.The manager Tom was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here

Great Location!

This house met all our needs. We enjoyed the pool and the boat slip was great to have to take our boat out to Crab Island everyday.

Amazing house

This place has it all. Gorgeous house, very well kept, perfect location. We had the most amazing week and owner was so easy to work with. We will absolutely be back next year!

We had such a great time here. The house was clean, and a fabulous location. My older adult kids really enjoyed the pool table. There was plenty of room for everyone, there is actually two different couch/living room areas, which was nice with my older kids. I will say bring your own fire stick, as only a couple of TV’s have streaming. My grandkids like to watch cartoons in morning and it was only possible in two rooms. They have basic cable in other rooms. But u don’t go to beach to watch tv so that was minor, just something to keep in mind if you are a tv watcher. We even went on a dolphin cruise and they picked us up at dock at house. We had Instacart bring our groceries so we didn’t even have to go to store! The property manager was always quick to respond and helpful if i had any questions. The hot tub was nice to get in at night. We had great fishing off dock too. I would definitely love to stay here again

House was clean. Location was perfect. Manager delivered new toaster promptly for broken one.Loved the layout of house for the most part. Was disappointed in the upkeep of beds/furniture. Beds were shot, one actually held up on blocks of wood. We all did not sleep well.TVs did not work but only in main living roomIf couches/mattresses were replaced, this rental would have been great.Dock needed several boards nailed, if u leaned toward water they would pop up. I would not recommend this property for young children, as there safety issues w/railing on top deck. Pool could use good cleaning.

Great place to stay

This was a beautiful home. Everything you need and more. Canal in your backyard and a quick walk to the beach. We spent some time learning to become better pool players. House is nice to give separate living areas. 2 bedrooms and. 2 bedroom up and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs.

Great location with wonderful amenities

My husband and I and our young adult children with two friends spent a week in June at this wonderful home. There are many amenities at the home but location also allowed us to enjoy all the local amenities also. Tom, property manager, was very pleasant and helpful and I would highly recommend, this home and him. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation.

Awesome Home

We had a great time staying in this home. Everything was perfect. The house is nice and the backyard is beautiful! Great location. Close to the beach and all shopping. The golf cart is a great extra bonus too. We will definitely be back!

Everything you need

Completely comfortable and everything you need for a great vacation. The home has some normal wear for a rental property but overall it’s comfortable. Good walkable neighborhood. Fishing from the dock is excellent. Property management is quick to respond. This was our second visit and plan to return.

Had a few minor issues with the house as normal wear and tear, which we reported. Nothing major though. They place way just as described. Nice house and a nice location. Tom was great and made the process very smooth. Looking at booking next year as well.

Just what we needed!

We booked this property fairly last minute, due to canceling another reservation that we had at a condo with shared facilities. Having a sizable house plus private pool all to ourselves was exactly what we needed to escape the cabin fever we were experiencing at home due to COVID. I normally insist on a "beach front" property when in FLA. However, the canal view of this home, plus private pool plus nearness to the beach (with golf cart included) turned out to be an enjoyable alternative. Tom was very easy to work with, always accessible and very responsive. Thanks, all! We had a wonderful time and hope to return again someday.

The house is in a great area. Close to everything. Now the bad, the house needs updating,

The house is big enough for several people. However, it's in need of updating. The dishwasher door is broken, cable pulled out of wall in one of the bedrooms, furniture and appliances need updated. The outside pool furniture was broken or the cushions were filthy and couldn't use. Yes there is a golf cart but can only go to the beach and back and is in poor condition.

Great location. Property needs some TLC

We love the location and size of the property. The bed sizes are good. Washer and dryer worked well. This was our second year staying. Unfortunately, it isn’t maintained as well as it should be. The deck outside is in need of some serious repair as it has cracked and loose boards and is wobbly over the boat slip. The pool was dirty. One shower and sink wouldn’t drain and when we messaged the property manager he dropped off some Draino for us to use, which didn’t work. The furniture wasn’t very clean either. We were told maintenance comes in at the beginning of the season and does a thorough job so everything is in great shape then. I’d recommend they have someone come in mid season to take care of things if that’s the case.

Awesome area, awesome home!

We loved everything about this home. The location in Holiday Isle is near the harbor area and all it has to offer yet is in an area separate from the hustle and bustle so calm and quiet. The private beach is very close and nice with benches and a rinsing shower and golf cart parking. The pool was nice, clean and refreshing. The back yard was awesome with plenty of dock space for our boat and completely gated so no worry about our dog. The kitchen had everything we needed although the pots and pans need replacing. We had more than enough towels and if we didn't, there is a washer and dryer. The master bath was gorgeous but the shower faucet did not put out much water. My husband loved the hot tub. Everything was clean and in working order. Every bed in this home was high quality and super comfortable. Tom was nice enough to allow us to park our boat trailer at his home nearby. The golf cart came inhandy to get to the beach although it was close enough that you didn't really need it. There are many pool and beach toys in the garage. Even beach umbrellas. You just need to bring beach towels. We had no issues during our stay and were very sad to leave. Make sure to get yourself to crab island on an incoming tide. Great if you brought your boat, if not rent a pontoon boat. The water there, in the gulf and at Noriega Point is absolutely stunning. Overall we loved this home and would stay again!

Destin vacation

We had a great stay. Location is great- close to everything. Great house, lots of room- pool, hot tub, pool table and on the canal. Communication with Tom property manager was great. I would recommend staying here.
