As our guest, you'll enjoy full, private access to the entire home. Your stay also includes access to the resort-style amenities within the gated Destin Pointe community:

Three seasonally heated community pools, including a stunning new waterfront infinity pool.
A relaxing community hot tub.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts.

We also provide in the garage complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. For added convenience, beach service is available for rent at the infinity pool beach access.

Security: For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with an exterior security camera in the driveway.
Grocery Delivery: We've partnered with Two Chicks & A Cart for optional pre-arrival grocery delivery. Arrive to a fully stocked kitchen and start your vacation immediately!
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, bath tissue to get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.

All renters must know this is a NON-SMOKING property including e-cigarettes and vapes. Meaning no smoking of any kind inside or outside under the carport or anywhere on the property grounds. Fees will apply if rules are broken.
