With a private entry, cool furnishings, open concept kitchen and layout, working wood fireplace along with million dollar views both inside and out, Bethel could soon become your favorite get away to visit year after year.

Deck Views

Walk through the glass doors to over 1,000 square feet of multi-level covered decks.

Jaw dropping views take your breath away, yet still keep you within a few minutes away from jumping into the Frio River.

Whether having coffee in the morning to appreciate the sunrise or wildlife, or a cocktail to end your day viewing an amazing sunset, you will have a hard time believing this home is real.

Kitchen/Dining/Great Room

Back inside you'll find 20' vaulted ceilings, wood floors, a fully supplied kitchen of cooking and dish-ware, a dishwasher and an inside dining area that seats 10, more than enough for the whole family. With an open concept kitchen and great room with amazing views.

The Great Room has a leather sofa and loveseat, side chair and built in seating bench for everyone to spend time together. With plenty of games, a flat screen TV and Wifi (300 Mbps via fiber) for a "work from home" option if needed.

Master Bedroom

This master bedroom with views has a King size bed, Queen size bed in the loft and a Queen sized futon with a private bathroom. Master bathroom has high-end finishes and a stunning shower.

Bedrooms

Continuing on the single story home, bedroom 2 has a Queen bedroom and built-ins. Bedroom three has two sets of twin bunkbeds. Both bedrooms share a full hall bathroom with another steam shower.

Bethel is truly a sight to behold.

The view from this house is amazing! The house is perfect for a smaller family. We had 6 people and we were comfortable. The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures and is stocked with everything needed for a great Frio river getaway. Close to everything, including general stores, and gas stations. Highly recommend.

Rental of this property is exceptional because the owners are wonderful to work with. Every detail of the property is well thought out and it’s unique setting makes for a wonderful getaway!

Relaxing Stay

Enjoyed our weekend stay at Bethel. The house is great and very comfortable and the view is amazing. My family and I had a great time. Thanks again to Angie and Greg for being great hosts. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a great time. The house was perfect. Great location on the very top of mountain with awesome views. Close to town and activities. Fully stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Romantic Getaway

Breathtaking views and peaceful. We loved our weekend at this house and really enjoyed feeding the deer and hummingbirds. It was a spectacular weekend.

Beautiful Location

We loved the location on top of the hill. Very short ride into town for tubing or groceries, and a relatively close to Garner State Park and Lost Maples Natural Area for excellent hiking. The property owners were very good regarding communication and tips for the area. I would definitely stay again!

Frio Family Trip

Perfect house for family of 8. Unbelievable views of the valley and surrounding area. Easy access to local places, within minutes. Host was great and very responsive. Look forward to future trips.

Excellent getaway

We really enjoyed our stay!! There was plenty of cookware, flatware, blankets, pillows etc. the hilltop views were amazing. We had a family of 6, two adults and four children, I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House & Location

The house and location were awesome! something about being on top of a hill brings peace to your soul. Greg & Angie were great hosts :) they were very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. definitely recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing and reset yourself kind of stay.

Amazing views and breeze

Hosts were super friendly and really went extra mile. Deck and views are amazing. Nice, well outfitted property close to everything in Concan and Leakey. Drought conditions in the area but didn’t impact our stay due to hosts. Recommend!

Hard to write a review without mentioning the tragic weather and floods in the hill country. The loss of life was devastating and the many families affected put a damper on the weekend. Greg and Angie (our hosts) kept us updated on the status of flooding on the Frio but of course it was nowhere as heavy as that on the Guadalupe.With all the rain and cool weather we ended up spending most of our time at the house and it was great! It’s a beautiful and comfortable space. The views are speechless and the location is perfect. We spent a lot of time on the wonderful patio watching the hummingbirds and the deer. The house was spotless and a very comfortable space to spend the lazy long weekend. Loved the kitchen and large table and the pantry was well stocked. We would certainly recommend it and would go back again.

Bethel has been a real uplifting experience by meeting folks who have never been to the Frio or seasoned families that make the trek every year. We love people leaving after their visit in a much better spirit then when they arrived, Bethel has that kind of impact.

This home sits atop the highest location in Concan and offers views like no other. The neighborhood is private and the entrance to Bethel adds even more privacy and safety.
