Watch the tennis from your large balcony in this 1-bedroom, 2nd floor Beachwood Villas condo. The whitewash hardwood floors and beautifully renovated kitchen will put you into a breezy beachy mood as soon as you enter. The coastal chic queen bedroom will be waiting for you after a fun evening. The sleeper sofa will welcome the kids or any guests you may have. Enjoy your favorite shows with YouTube TV available during your stay.

Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking distance. There's a public beach access conveniently located across the street for a leisurely walk to the beautiful white sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Beachwood Villas also has 2 pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis courts, shuffleboard and plenty of green space! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile bike trail that runs along scenic highway 30A and visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park.

Your stay at Beachwood Villas 9B comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Disclaimer:
Beachwood Villas will have ongoing construction from January 12 through April on the 3-story buildings. The clubhouse will be closed, and the laundry room will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily but open after hours. Noise and temporary parking limitations may occur. At least one entrance will remain accessible after hours. Construction will pause after April and resume on the 2-story buildings in September. Guests may contact us with any questions regarding access or parking.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Perfect getaway for two

Clean, comfortable, and a short walk to the beach! Location was great to walk to restaurants nearby. Overall, it was the perfect place for me and my husband to relax and enjoy 30a!

We loved having access to the pools and tennis courts at beach wood villas plus from our condo it was a 5 min walk to be on the beach. Very clean condo and great location! Super easy check in and check out process.

Perfect Beach Stay

My family really enjoyed this beach property. It’s central location in the area was perfect. Loved all of the property amenities it has to offer. This condo unit is super close to the pools, grilling deck, & laundry room. We felt safe and comfortable coming and going and moving around the property. Would stay here again!!

We would have offered other rental areas like the Eastern Shores area, a straight walk-out to the beach, or recommended Santa Claira Beach access that is ADA regulated that provides a ramp and restrooms as well as parking. Perfect location

Very clean property, great location, beach access was walking distance, easy to communicate to property management. The bed was small. - don’t need it was a queen size, seems more like full size. Other than that, I would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: I've been travelling to 30A for 8 years now and this area is the best - although things have definitely changed and the private beach scenario makes it very difficult to rent umbrellas and chairs even at a public access. It's great to be in walking distance to a number of restaurants and the space itself was clean and comfortable. The balcony was a large size and parking was easy. The wifi information was incorrect but they were quick to sort out the confusion.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We typically stay a couple of blocks down the road but decided to give Beachwood Villas a shot. So glad we did! This is a great location with 2 pools (1 heated), tennis courts, and more. Even during Spring Break, it was fairly quiet and right across from the beach. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Beach access was across the street but situated between two “private” beaches. If you walk 200 feet down, there is is a public beach. We went to the state park beaches in the mornings, pool in the afternoon, and across the street access for sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Trip

The unit itself is clean and equipped with anything you may need. The bed is comfortable. The courtyard is quiet and blocks roadnoise. We rode our bikes into Seaside everyday for lunch. It’s less than a 2 mile ride. Walmart is close enough that we did a grocery pick up our first night and had groceries for the weekend very easily too.Highly recommend this for couples! I wouldn’t bring my kids just because there is a lot of walking if you head down to the beach, not to mention stairs.

My only “complaint” would be that it had a coffee pot and not a Kuerig, but that’s on me because I don’t know how to make coffee.We brought our bikes and locked them up at the little shelter outside our unit. We never took our car anywhere once we arrived.We biked into Seaside for lunch each day. It was 1.64 miles.We loved having the Tom Thumb next door as well. They have a little bit of everything you may have forgot. We never used the $30 credit for rental equipment, but we did stop in a talk to the girls there. They were so sweet.We redeemed our Publix gift card on our way out. So smooth.We are already planning our next visit at this same unit.Side note, we were traveling without children. We decided it would not have been fun for our kids because of the stairs to the beach access and all the walking. But for older kids it would be no big deal.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing beach condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great paved bike trails and walks on the beach. Property was nice and clean and well maintained. Only shortfall was the cloudy sliding doors to the deck which have lost their gas seal and need to be replaced. Otherwise a great rental.

Perfect for a small group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went to the beach with my daughter for a few days during Spring Break and this place was perfect. Centrally located, comfortable, and well appointed. Right across the street from a public access and Tom Thumb for convenient, quick shopping. No issues, would stay here again.

Great location and value

The property was accurately reflected in pictures. It has a great location (just walk across the street to the beach!). The wifi is slow (but you’re probably not online often) and the bed is uncomfortable. Overall the grounds are nice and there is a lot to do on property. This unit is next to the tennis court but it was not loud while we stayed. Some mornings you can hear the waves break from the patio. Overall a lovely stay and we would come back.
